Tired and tatty, stairs dangerous, drainage problems when using dishwasher causing awful smell and gunge to come up out of sink, bath needs anti slip mat, bottom of shower screen scummy and disgusting, had to buy disinfectant to put down the plug holes to try and mask the smells, only 1 bin liner for a family of 5, 3 teaspoons for a lodge that can accommodate 6, extractor fan in the kitchen hasn't been cleaned for months making it no effect at all when cooking, attempted to move the coffee table which was to near sofa however leg fell off in our hand, felt the need to continue wearing shoes as the carpet had dog hairs all over the carpet, labels on some of the cupboards would word wonders ie hoover not found until the last day not that it would make much difference.

The lodge was very dilapidated and full off cobwebs on the outside, part of the outside was bulging, there were chunks missing from the handrails and the steps were rickety and felt unsafe.

Inside, the extractor fans were filthy, the toilet seat needed fixing, the fridge needed a good defrost as there was a large amount of ice on the back. Advert said there was an enclosed garden, for a start it wasn't fully enclosed as there were steep steps down into it, the fencing/gate were falling apart and it was overgrown and needed a good tidy up in all outside spaces. We wouldn't have been able to safely let our dogs out into it, and you had to literally take them to it as not attached to the property.
