The property

Daffodil Lodge is a delightful, detached single-storey lodge set in a peaceful rural location near Saltburn-by-the-Sea in North Yorkshire.

Surrounded by woodland and enjoying views towards the viaduct, this pet-friendly retreat is perfect for couples in search of a quiet countryside break.

Inside, the open-plan living area has been thoughtfully arranged to provide a relaxing space, with comfortable seating and a Freeview TV for evening entertainment.

The compact kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer, while the dining area seats two for leisurely meals.

A separate dining room offers extra space for breakfast or games.

The double bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers a restful place to unwind, served by a sleek shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

Step outside to the private, gated patio, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink while taking in the tranquil surroundings.

An external utility room with a washer/dryer adds to the convenience for longer stays.

The nearby village of Brotton provides a supermarket and essential amenities just five minutes away by car.

The Victorian seaside resort of Saltburn-by-the-Sea is well named owing to the sweeping sandy beaches and spectacular coastline of glacial boulder clays. Located at the northern tip of the North York Moors, this small town has an elegant charm about it with a dramatic steep curving roadway which leads from the town centre to the beach. With its long pier and unique cliff lift, this pretty seaside resort appeals to people of all ages wishing to combine the coast with the moors. The refurbished town centre has excellent amenities with a variety of independent shops, tea rooms and restaurants. Enjoy the wide vistas from the elevated promenade or visit the Valley Gardens for a relaxing stroll.
