The property

Foxglove Lodge is a delightful, detached single-storey lodge tucked away in a peaceful countryside setting near Saltburn-by-the-Sea, North Yorkshire.

Surrounded by woodland and wildlife, this pet-friendly retreat is perfect for couples looking to unwind in a tranquil rural environment.

Inside, the open-plan living area has been thoughtfully laid out to offer both comfort and practicality, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer, along with a breakfast bar ideal for relaxed dining.

The sitting area includes plush seating and a Freeview TV, providing a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring.

A separate dining room offers a more formal setting for meals or games, seating two guests with ease.

The double bedroom is tastefully styled and promises a restful night’s sleep, complemented by a sleek shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

Outside, the private gated patio is perfect for enjoying a morning brew or evening drink while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

The Victorian seaside resort of Saltburn-by-the-Sea is well named owing to the sweeping sandy beaches and spectacular coastline of glacial boulder clays. Located at the northern tip of the North York Moors, this small town has an elegant charm about it with a dramatic steep curving roadway which leads from the town centre to the beach. With its long pier and unique cliff lift, this pretty seaside resort appeals to people of all ages wishing to combine the coast with the moors. The refurbished town centre has excellent amenities with a variety of independent shops, tea rooms and restaurants. Enjoy the wide vistas from the elevated promenade or visit the Valley Gardens for a relaxing stroll.
