We had a lovely long weekend at No.

37. The property is located very close to the center of Beverley so very convenient for everything the town has to offer. Charlie and Kim have thought of everything you could need. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. We would love to go back sometime.

37 is an absolute gem, right in the heart of Beverley - very comfortable, superbly equipped and close to everything the town has to offer. The lovely courtyard garden was a tiny, sheltered haven in the evening during the heatwave. The owners were so welcoming and had thought of everything to make our stay extra special. Highly recommended - one of our very best finds!

The house was perfectly located for us.

The property was clean & tidy. The hosts provided everything and more for a relaxing holiday. Their instructions and explanations of the house & local area were very much appreciated. We loved the garden it was a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. This was the best holiday home we have stayed in.

The accommodation was faultless.

Kim and Charlie seem to have thought of everything a visitor would need. The lounge was stylish (as was the rest of the property). The kitchen had high quality appliances The bedroom was cosy with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and modern with large fluffy towels. The location was ideal - very close to the town centre. It was a bit tricky to find but Charlie "talked us down" for a safe landing.

37 ticked all our boxes when we were looking for central accommodation in a busy little market town where we didn't need to drive the car anywhere if we didn't want to. The 'cottage' type house was perfect inside. Clean, homely, a couple of big TV's, a little sitting out area for wine, a quality kitchen, and we couldn't think of anything we needed that wasn't already there. Beverley's nice too, the cottage is less than a 5 minute stroll to the shops/cafes/bars and restaurants A little gem.

Bed lounge and bathroom especially the shower excellent and a nice big tv easy to use ..Parking is easy you have your own permit we parked outside but you can park anywhere in Beverley . Lots of very good places to eat within walking distance . We took the bus to York and another day Train to Bridlington .There is good walks from Beverley ,Minster Way ,the Cut a river walk is very good and a 5 mile walk by the race Course map details are in no 37 lots of info of the area there . You will not be disappointed if you booked no 37

Super cottage, well located in the fabulous Beverley.

The hosts are so welcoming and help with all the information you may need and are clearly really proud of their home town. It’s a minute’s walk into the town from the cottage and without fail everyone we met along the way, was super. The cottage itself is probably the very cleanest we have stayed in and we felt at home straight away. Lovely bathroom and very comfy bed in a well sized bedroom. We became known at the train station as we explored the area, having parked the car on the first day and didn’t use it again until it was time to go home. We would stay again for sure. Thank you again to our hosts for helping make our holiday a fabulous break away.

A great little property in the heart of Beverley the hosts were so welcoming.

The property was perfect everything you could need. Train station a short walk from the property a beautiful clean Town with lots of shops to browse. The Minster was beautiful and well worth a visit. Plenty of choice for eating out and too many pubs to name. Would definitely recommend Beverley and this property if you want to be in the heart of everything.

It is a home from home. So relaxing and in a great location, everything on the doorstep. Kim & Charlie are great hosts and have thought of everything.

Had a lovely stay at No 37, the accommodation had everything you would need for for a comfortable stay.

The house was immaculate with quirky extras making it cosy and homely. It also had a very comfortable bed. Charlie and Kim were there to greet us and offer advice on where to eat and what to see in the area. The welcome goodies were much appreciated, thank you both.

Open plan lounge-dining - kitchen with all high end furnishings and appliances and that spec carried on into the bedroom and bathroom.Lovely little patio too.More spacious than anticipated as the photos do not do it justice.Parking permit provided by hosts - the public transport and train services were so good that we did not use the car all week.Centrally located for walking access into Beverley town centre. 37 Trinity is a gem. This is a very comfortable, well equipped, warm cottage, perfectly located for exploring Beverley and the surrounding area… Beverley is an interesting market town and it’s easy to reach the coast, York, the Wolds and Moors as well as crossing the Humber Bridge and exploring Nth Lincolnshire.

Charlie and Kim very helpfully arranged a parking permit before we arrived and provided a generous ‘welcome pack’.

37. It’s perfectly placed within Beverley town centre, right next to the railway station and beautifully it’s presented. We didn’t use the car all week choosing to travel by train to Hull, Scarborough and York. We’ll be back.

No 37 is a comfortable and extremely well equipped holiday cottage with an efficient heating system and a small, pretty outdoor seating area.

The property is ideally situated for exploring Beverley on foot and directly opposite the railway station. Charlie and Kim are excellent hosts and really have thought of everything to make the property welcoming - including for us a magnificent quality hamper to help see us through Christmas week. We would definitely return.

This property is immaculate and very well equipped.

It's centrally located in a street of attractive houses. We visited in a chilly week, but the central heating was adaptable to our needs and we were very comfortable. The parking permit was a real bonus and we were able to park in front of the house. Excellent communication with the owners. All-in-all, one of the best cottages of the very many that we've stayed in over the years and we would highly recommend it.

There attention to detail is instantly apparent, the house is perfect. It's location is fabulous and walkable to all amenities and attractions. Fixtures and fittings are all top quality. Very comfortable well appointed cottage.

It was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. We loved all the special little touches that the owners had supplied. They made us feel very welcome with lots of information on the town etc. We would certainly love to come back and stay in this delightful cottage again one of the best we have stayed in.

A perfect 4 night stay - just not long enough!

! No 37 is a beautifully furnished cottage with high quality equipment and spotlessly clean. The owners’ attention to detail have created a lovely place for rest and relaxation, ideal for a couple. It is ideally positioned to take advantage of the many diverse eateries and places to drink, and also places of interest, lots being within short walking distances. Beverley railway station is only a short walk from the cottage if you decide you want to explore further afield with links to Hull / Scarborough / York to name but a few. On arrival we were warmly greeted by the owners for handover of keys, a quick review of the property, and helpful recommendations of the local area. We really appreciated the tasty goodies that were kindly left for us too. The parking permit worked really well too- we found that we could always find a space close to the cottage.Thank you so much for our refreshing break. We will definitely visit again. David and Karin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 37 Trinity Lane.

It is a very comfortable and well equipped cottage and it satisfied all of our needs. It is well located just off the centre of Beverley, close to the shops, bars and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay and we will definitely be returning to 37 Trinity Lane in the future.

37 is a stylish holiday home with a very comfortable bed in a central location in Beverley. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped with top quality kitchen items and appliances. The parking permit worked well for me. The welcome treats were an added bonus and the owners had recommendations for local restaurants etc. All in all, a great place for a stay in Beverley.

Charlie and Kim are amazing hosts and gave us some fantastic recommendations. The house is perfect for 2. Very comfortable and really well appointed . The bed was so comfortable we bought the same mattress once we got home. The place is spotless. It’s opposite the station so easy to use the train. Beverley itself has lots of great pubs and restaurants. We particularly loved Greko and Westwood. There is an independent cinema across the road which has 6 screens and was very comfortable . The Saturday market is well worth a visit with lots of great independent stalls. We were unlucky with the weather, storms in as many days so can’t wait to come back again.

The cottage is ideal for couple to enjoy a break in East Yorkshire.

It offers excellent accommodation and in a well appointed for enjoying Beverley's shops and restaurants. We found it a wonderful base for catching up with friends and family.

Number 37 is an extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped house.

It is an older property but has been thoughtfully refurbished by the owners to a very high standard with all the modern touches. The owners are super helpful and hospitable and have thought of everything. Nice welcome goodies, great coffee and even cake! 37 is well placed for a short walk into the town to enjoy the shops, pubs and restaurants but is also close to the railway station giving easy access to nearby attractions. We really couldn’t fault this house and look forward to staying again. Maybe in Spring Summer when the pretty, private courtyard garden can be enjoyed.

37 is an immaculate cottage, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The location is central to beautiful Beverley and also within easy reach of the coastal areas and the countryside. It’s a stylish and comfortable cottage, in a small square close to the centre of the lovely town of Beverley.

The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed the pretty patio garden at the back. Everything of a high quality. We enjoyed our week here and hope to return.

The standard of cleanness was the best we have ever had in a rental property (and we have stayed in a few). The bed was extremally comfortable and we slept well every night. We would highly recommend this property and will be returning again.

It's a comfortable high end rental suitable for a couple. Pictures accurately reflect the quality of place, courtyard garden gets morning sunshine, bedroom very comfortable. Parking permit sorted out by host,so walkable into Beverley. Hosts provided a personal walk through of the cottage,its facilities and what the area has to offer. This is such a great property that if coming to Beverley again it would be our first choice. Wonderful place.

Beverley is such a great place to visit for the weekend and to explore the wider area. This cottage has four very rare features; 1) Real attention to detail at the concept stage. 2) Real attention to detail during the execution of the project with a very high standard of finish throughout. 3) Real attention to detail in the day to day management of the property. 4) It contains no furniture from the 1990`s when the owners first got married which they simply could not throw away. I stayed for a weekend....but a week is what you need here. Book with confidence.

...from its quiet location in the town ..close proximity to all amenities..public transport on the doorstep ..no need to use the car ..parking...lovely courtyard garden...and No 37 itself, perfect generous size for couples, very well equipped and kept. We can recommended dining at Figaro if you like Italian cuisine..and Sunday lunch at Tomahawk...there are so many eateries & pubs in the town you are spoilt for choice ..good range of shops ..and a very good, busy traditional Saturday market. Beverley and No 37 Is definitely on our revisit list!!,

This property is just wonderful.

We have previously had a bad experience with a rather dirty property so were a little nervous about this one Absolutely no need, it was spotlessly clean, in fact it gleamed . Everything you needed and some was there, all the very best quality It mentioned being opposite the station and in the town center, which it was, but it was also very quiet The small patio was a plus We will be back

Perfect house in a great location.

The property had everything you would need and more! Beverley is a delight with plenty of great walks and a vibrant town centre.

More than a cut above average, the house is a whole slice above.

Form the luxury decor to the top end fittings and fittings throughout the property. Parking outside the door, and a very short stroll to the town centre, (2 mins). Hosts were wonderful and helpful about the area and where to eat, aswell as intersting places to see. The photos if the garden do not do it justice, its full of plants and very inviting. This house and hosts are well above the normal.

Excellent house close to one end of historic Beverley's bustling High Street, close to the railway station, shopping, bakeries, gelato, restaurants of all kinds, etc.

It's a superb property both stylish and modern with everything you would need for an extended stay. The owners, Kim and Charlie were the perfect hosts and provided lots of information on the lovely town of Beverley and its surrounding area. An additional benefit was the included parking permit . The owners, who were a pleasure to deal with, contacted us prior to our visit and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants which were in high demand. This was really useful in enabling us to prebook.

A lovely little space, so convenient for exploring the town, a very short walk from the wonderful minster.

Directly opposite the train station which we used for a day trip to Bridlington. Very close to charging point where were able to charge our electric car for free. Lovely comfortable bed, awesomely huge TV, all in all a very pleasant stay for us.

We've now booked 6 properties for UK breaks via the Sykes website and No 37 is a 'deluxe 10* cottage', the finest and the best of all of them.

The owners have restored No 37 with good taste (decor) and good quality fixutres and fittings, making it spacious, luxurious and comfortable for two guests to feel cozy and 'at home'. We slept so well on the luxury Feather and Black mattress and other quality bedding and pillows. We were spoilt by 2 x large screens tv's with all the apps, a Nespresso machine, an ice machine, a Smeg oven, lovely plates, and mugs, everything oozes quality and felt chosen with love by the owners. We knew our hosts would attend if needed, but the cottage ran itself perfectly. Step out of No 37 and you have Beverley on your doorstep so let your car rest and enjoy walking and exploring the historic streets. The Minster is a spectacular jewel, the Stray is a pleasure for a walk, and Beverley Beck has a peaceful footpath close by. A highlight was walking over the Humber Bridge, park your car in the bridge carpark, walk over and back, and each end has a cafe. There are excellent food shops in Beverley, we chose Vanessa for deli, and M&S for staples, and we ate at The Beverley Arms and the Woolpack pub. All the pies mash and gravy are homemade! Beverley also has an excellent Saturday market. The town is busy and feels very vibrant with a real heart. We can't wait to return. Thank you again to hosts Kim and Charlie.

What a find, the quality of this accommodation goes far beyond any we have rented in the past.

The time and planning to create this beautiful place is a total credit to the owners. It has everything you could wish for and more. The clever mix of the interior design creates a distinctive “wow” factor. We were very surprised and appreciative of the welcoming treats, along with the owners friendly and personal greeting. No 37 is an absolute gem of a house in an excellent, quiet location near the centre of the town.

It is stylish, comfortable & very well equipped. A lot of love and care has obviously gone into it's creation. There are many thoughtful little touches that show the owners have considered carefully the well being of their guests. It was lovely to be met by the owners on arrival & the Welcome goodies were generous and definitely very welcome after a long journey!!! The bed is incredibly comfortable & the bath/shower is excellent. The beautiful little patio garden is stunning - a haven of peace and tranquillity, which is ideal for a pre-dinner drink listening to the Minster bells! On arrival we were met by the owners charlie & kim , which was a very nice touch a very nice couple , explained where to find information booklets etc for the property , also gave us names of places to eat in the town cracking hosts .

Now the accomodation , Absolutely immaculate spotlessly clean home from home very well equipped with everything you could need , nice large bath great shower , the bed was very comfy , nice little seating area outside to enjoy an a beer and relax , fantastic location close to everything .
