28 Finch

We was in 28 finch last year wich is why we went back this year for 2 weeks only one word is needed WONDERFUL Maurice

This has to be the cleanest lodge I have ever stayed in The lodge is immaculate and well looked after the owners are lovely people who went out of their way to help you I really enjoyed my stay here lots to do and places to eat The only downside for me was the dishwasher was broken and the sink is on the small side and water got everywhere which was a bit annoying but apart from that it was a lovely place

Finch 28 was a lovely lodge.

The owners were very responsive and really nice people(we met them). It was very clean and comfortable. For four adults having two king size beds was excellent as it's usually one king and two single beds. The location was great as you can go to Filey and Bridlington on the bus and also other the way to Scarborough. The site is spotless and well managed. The showbar, bar, eating area was really nice and welcoming. There is a pub right opposite the site which does food. We had a great stay even though we had a power cut on our last night, the owners checked things out and informed us when power would be on. All in all we had a great time and would Definitely go back.

In reply to earlier feedback there have been comments saying it is overpriced, simply you get what you pay for. Another said the water pressure was low in the shower, yes it is no power shower but it is perfectly usable. Finally there was a complaint about the TV signal, yes this is not good and could do with Sky/Freesat or similar TV supply. Totally true to the listing there is a dishwasher that is not connected and as such not advertised as being there. Our only problem was locating number 28 in the dark for the first time as the number is white on a cream background. We loved the layout of this Lodge having 2 king-size beds was just what we were looking for. This is a lovely lodge in a quiet location. We hope to return in the future.

This is a very spacious and comfortable property in a very quiet part of the park.

It has everything you need for a very enjoyable holiday and would certainly recommend.

28 Finch is an immaculate lodge , spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you could ever need.

It is located in a quiet part of the park and is perfect for a chilled out stay. We stayed 4 nights and visited Scarborough, Filey and the North Yorkshire moors . We could have done so much more as the location of the lodge is within easy reach of many places that are worth a visit. It is a short walk to Clayton bay beach which is gorgeous. Not only would we highly recommend this property we will definitely return in the very near future. Definitely the best we have ever stayed in.

Property was nice and clean but feel it was over priced.

No iron and ironing board,water pressure for shower not good. Thank you Jon and Marion

Lovely property clean & comfortable & Quite.

Not far from beach , & all sites around area . Site easy to get around . Disappointed there was no Internet, & could of done with some oven dishes to cook with , but had most utensils to self cater . Really enjoyed our week .Definatly recommend staying here .

We loved our stay so 28 Finch the lodge had everything we needed for our stay.

was our first time in a lodge and it’s spoilt us for our holidays in future as it was so roomy and comfortable. The towels and bedding was of good quality. Really enjoyed being there. Only one little problem was the tv , the picture at times would keep breaking up . But this didn’t spoil our stay . Would love to go back. Highly recommended

Just returned from a 4 nt stay at 28 Finch with my husband and 2 teenagers.

Caravan was fantastic. Clean, very spacious and well presented. Towels, toilet rolls, soap & washing up liquid all provided. A carton of milk was left too. Perfect location on site, only a 5 min walk to the main entertainment and amenities. Also only 10 mins from Cayton beach. We didn’t have the best weather but it didn’t matter we made good use of the games provided. The only 1 negative would be the water pressure. It wasn’t great but tbh it would not put us off returning. We have been to many caravans over the years and this one was exceptional and is the best we have stayed in. We would return in a heartbeat. Thanks again x

Spotlessly clean, everything u need including tv in bedroom, washer dryer, bath, quality towels and bedding Best location and not overlooked. Will definitely be first choice in future. It’s a big Thank you to owners.

The most beautiful lodge we’ve ever stayed in!

The whole place was absolutely immaculate. Everything was in working order, with lots of little added extras that you wouldn’t usually expect. The little ones loved the books and games :-) The towels and bedding provided were of high quality. Beds very very comfortable. The lodge had a brilliant quick heating system, the weather outside was cold but we were lovely and warm in the lodge. A full size bath! Our kids loved this too! We will absolutely be back. 5* 10/10 in all aspects!!!
