Everything you need is in this mobile home.

Had very pleasant time, lovely lodge ,and everything you needed provided, would book again

This was our second visit to this lovely lodge.

It is situated on a quiet and peaceful site, though there are activities if you want to use them. The lodge is spacious, 3 good bedrooms with comfortable beds. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is another bathroom with bath. The living and kitchen area is a good size. lots of comfortable seating and the dining table has plenty chairs. Kitchen is very well equipped. We couldn't think of anything that we needed adding to it. Decking area is nice, though the weather stopped us from using it!. TV was fine, and Wi-Fi worked well. There are books and games in the lodge. There was a welcome pack when we arrived, a nice touch. The site itself is quiet & peaceful, though there are activities if you need them. It is also very well maintained. The boathouse bar is good with pleasant staff. We went for a day in Filey, a quaint little town. The stained glass centre is worth a visit too, that's only a mile from the site. We had a nice carvery at the Plough inn, also a mile away towards Filey. They do carverys on Sunday & Wednesday. The Tow bar pub opposite the site is nice too, they do good food, & Bingo on a Thursday evening We will visit this lodge again, no complaints at all.

Absolutely beautiful place nothing is needed for your stay.

Really comfortable and quiet as to where on the site it is. Will absolutely use again.

Absolutely beautiful lodge with home from home comfort.

This was our 4th stay at cayton bay holiday park and by far the best accommodation we’ve picked so far! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful break.

What a lovely area meadow lodge is sited, so quiet and peaceful very little passing traffic, The lodge is beautifully tastefully decorated and is a credit to its owners Karen & Craig.

Everything is supplied to make your stay a definitely home from home feeling, even our dog was catered for with bowls, blankets provided but the icing on the cake was the little welcoming gifts for us was the chocolate & Wine very nice touch, The park had all the amenities we needed and with the bus stop being just outside the main entrance so we parked our car up for the week and use them to Scarborough,Filey,whitby ect we'll definitely be coming back without a doubt

A perfect place.

Clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, shower good. Wi fi worked fine. The welcome pack was a nice touch. There are no negatives. We will definitely be back. Had a meal at the Boathouse restaurant on site, food okay, service good. Went to the Tow Bar pub across the road another day. Nice food, better menu in the evening, service fine.

Lovely lodge well positioned with all things you might need to enjoy your holiday.

Only thing missing would be some sort of clothes airer to dry towels and the like .otherwise very good.

Meadow lodge is a beautiful place to stay, very comfortable and clean, has everything you need for your holiday…It is very homely and has everything you need plus more for a great holiday , the owners are lovely and on hand for queries , no matter how big or small.

Would definitely recommend 10/10

This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as good as our 1st.

It's so home from home with everything you could possibly need. When you first walk in it smells lovely and is spotlessly clean. We will be booking again that's for sure.

We have just arrived back from Meadow Lodge and have to say we can't wait to go back.

Everything about it is fabulous. It is so homely we wanted for nothing. Love the fact it has a utility room where you can leave your shoes instead of cluttering the lodge. Very clean and tidy as well.

Well equipped & spacious enough for 4 adults / 2 children + dog.

Position of lodge was in a nice quiet area but long way from facilities. As 2 of us were in our 70's & one of us with restricted mobility made access to beach impossible. Perhaps a comment on this would be helpful in the description. More hard standing for parking would help as we had 2 cars. Although it was beyond your control the farmer carried out muck spreading in the field while we were there which created a pervasive agricultural pong lasting several days! On site facilities expensive.

Cannot fault Meadow Lodge; absolutely beautiful lodge with everything you could possibly think of.

Great communication from owners before arrival. Lovely being at the quieter end of the park too, felt very peaceful and relaxing. Cayton Bay was a brilliant park, lots of great activities for kids and ideally located between all the main seaside towns along the Yorkshire coast. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone, young or old as there’s something for everyone.

Very cleanly presented and an enjoyable stay.

Area is nice and quiet situated away from the entertainment club. A very strict code of conduct is stated for the stay in order to keep lodge in a clean state. The advertisement photo appears to have been taken when lodge was new but on arrival, appearences seem to be of a lodge that is approx 7 years old. I would hope that if I returned, the decking furniture will have been given a revamp. Signage should also be clear to find hidden items that is available to use, as some of it was only found towards the end of our stay. Overall....very good stay with close access to local areas...Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington....and yes...I would recommend.

Everything you could want and more in the lodge.

Beautifully decorated and loads of space. Quiet corner of the park. The site is clean and tidy and great for families.

The lodge itself was lovely , location was OK but you are in the middle of a caravan park with no views more suited for a family more than two couples in there seventies area around was very wet and muddy keeping the lodge clean with our Lab was a bit of a chore.

Fortunately always have plenty of towels with us , blankets and treats for Poppy went down well also wine and chocolates nice touch

Very nice lodge and well equipped with everything we needed.

Good information pack with contact numbers if there was a problem or we needed anything. Meadow Lodge is situated on a lovely quiet part of the holiday park. We would definitely return for another holiday.

A lovely spacious lodge.

Love the decor and personal touches. Lots of little extras for people to enjoy during their stay. Me and my family had a fantastic week away.

Clean, very comfortable, well equipped, spacious and attractive property on a lovely site.

The lodge was not ready when we arrived but that was not the owner’s fault as the cleaners had been held up cleaning a caravan which had been trashed.

For once this summer we were able to sit on the balcony but one of the chairs collapsed when my wife sat on it. She’s only little and light. When contacted owner he asked me to take it to bins which I thought was a bit cheeky. There were very few cushions for the seat’s which we had to keep moving about to get any sun. The water system makes a racket every time the toilet is flushed. The en suite is not suitable to use as a bathroom due to small basin and no storage. The bathroom basin has a shelf which is ideal for bumping your head on when washing. Although the bedlinen was clean it was old and well used and the pillows are hard. This was not the best Sykes lodgywe have stayed in. Cayton bay is a good location and the lodge was was in a good area of the resort. Nice and quiet but plenty to do if you want it.

Our second stay at meadow lodge and hopefully won’t be our last!

Love that it has everything and more, the whole family loves our holidays here!

Everything was perfect the lodge was very clean all the utensils you needed.

Beds are comfortable and soft. Chocolates+wine was a treat, thanks to the owners.

Wonderful stay at meadow lodge!

We really even considered booking an extra week whilst we were there as we just loved it, so relaxing, comfortable and felt luxurious! Decorated beautifully throughout, great selection of books, dvd’s and games as well to enjoy when you’re there. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

A wonderful lodge with every possible amenity you could need!

Loved the extra touches and how lovely and quiet the location is. Only minor downside was the Wi-Fi which was hit and miss, although this did not impact on our stay at all.

Such a quiet part of the park but not too far to main complex, we have all said we will definitely return!

Good location to explore the north yorkshire coast. Very happy with the holiday property. It exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book with Sykes in the future.

What an absolute gem , well equipped, clean comfortable and situated in a lovely peaceful part of the park.

It was just like home from home , lovely welcome pack on arrival too. This was just perfect for our family of 4 and the dog. Clean beaches dog friendly too everything close by . Lots of info in the folder left for us. We will definitely be back in fact just in the process of booking for next year. Thank for the memories highly recommend.

We had a really nice stay at Meadow Lodge.

The lodge was well equipped, everything you could need was there. It was clean, tastefully furnished and in a very peaceful location, close to the beach which was a bonus as we walked the dog on there early in the morning. Will definitely return and would definitely recommend a stay at Meadow Lodge.

What a lovely spacious clean lodge.

Welcome basket - chocolate and wine provided - nice touch! Towels provided - great not to have to bring our own. Beds were very comfy and a good size. En-suite bathroom was great and the shower was easy to use. The bath was a hit in the main bathroom. Used the Firestick and watched the DVD's provided which were a hit with the children. Wide selection of books to read. Felt at home, such a lovely, well decorated and thought-out lodge. Highly recommend!

Beautifully furnished and very well equipped.

We had problems with the heating and couldn’t access the wifi but we overcame these issues. Previous guests were given bottles of wine and chocolates on arrival but there was nothing for us. We made the most of the facilities and enjoyed our stay however.

Just finished another great stay here @meadowlodge and it’s our little/big home away from home.

Meadow lodge is absolutely beautiful, cosy and to a high standard.

It literally has everything you could possibly need, from picnic baskets tvs in all rooms, family board games to spare dog leads. Kitchen had everything you could need too. I went in the winter but can imagine it being lovely sat out on a summers evening. Throughly enjoyed my stay, hosts on hand if needed. Thank you
