Two Little Ducks

A fabulous lodge in a fabulous location!

I cannot think of one single negative point about our stay at 2 Little Ducks, everything you need is there. Lovely and clean and very spacious, situated in a quiet part of the park but still close enough to the heart of the park if you have children. Cayton Bay itself is an absolute dream, it literally took my breath away with its beauty. Highly recommended!!

We found the property to be a good and comfortable and to a high standard.

Lovely spacious caravan.

.the wardrobe to the main bedroom was very damp and smelt awful so couldn’t use it to put our clothes in,luckily we could use the other bedrooms storage cupboard..the en suite bathroom could do with abit of a clean the main bathroom floor smelt of urine I assume this is the Lino perhaps it could be replaced with a new one We didn’t really sit outside on the decking as the weather wasn’t brilliant ..it did smell of dog urine,again just needs a good clean A few little bits that needed cleaning were the oven gloves which were dirty from previous customers the tea,coffee and sugar pots needed cleaning ..picky I know but if they are empty no one wants to see stuck on coffee and sugar in them ..the walls needed a wipe over along with the blinds in the kitchen We had to go out and buy a mattress topper for the double bed as it was a little Uncomfy but this is each to their own preference Overall our stay in the caravan was lovely and would definitely stay again ..thank you for letting us stay in your caravan

The Chalet itself was beautiful and clean/ comfortable, the only problem was that for the first 3/4 days we were inundated with Flys .

We sprayed and did all we could but they were everywhere. The dog kept jumping about & barking at them so you can imagine the scene. Luckily we spent a lot of time out of the Chalet on day trips when we first got there.

The lodge is fantastic but a shame about the fly's that's all over the site but we are told that this was only because of the weather at this time.

Otherwise the lodge is great and very comfy, should be advertised as 5 star!

Lovely outside area to chill. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Very comfortable and well located

The lodge was lovely and well kept,but a big let down and very misleading was the description of a beachfront setting.

This was one of the main points that i booked the lodge,the beach was in fact a 10 min car drive as i am disabled this was a let down also none of the site facilities were open

What a fantastic lodge.

We felt at home as soon as we opened the door. The lodge was as advertised and very comfy, the cleanliness of the lodge can only be described as excellent and the site is great. We have rebooked for another week next June.

The cottage was overall good .

in a nice quiet part of the site and only a 5 minute walk to all the attractions. Just a couple of things I would mention , the shower cubicle in the on suite needs a good deep clean as there is mould around the base, in my opinion the 2 sofas in the lounge area are coming to the end of there time .both are hard and a bit uncomfortable .otherwise the lodge is spot on and has everything you need for a stay at cayton bay .I would definitely come again in the future.

Wow what a lovely lodge you have.

Having always stàyed in caravans this was a lovely change. Two little ducks is like a home from home. With all you could need and more. Located in a quiet area it was nice friend people around. My daughter 8 made alot of friends and they played for hours on the green area behind the caravans opposite. We took advantage of the kitchen every morning and evening cooking meals, the only thing i would say is the lodge could do with some non stick pans or even an air fryer. The little extras were a great adition, i spent the week doing the jigsaws and my children playing cards. We did take advamtage of the ammenities on the park, going in the showbar every night to emjoy the entertainment, the girls enjoyed alot of the on site activities too. Only thing we had trouble with was getting sky to work, but thabkfully we could enjoy netflix. We have loved it so much we have already booked again for next year we cannot wait to return. Thank you for making our holiday the best we have had!

Excellent property one of the best lodges we've stayed in.

Very spacious with walk in wardrobes in both bedrooms. Brilliant to have a washing machine and also little extras like handwash and cleaning products. Well equiped kitchen. Lovely quiet area on the park and just 10 mins walk to main complex. Can't wait to come back !!

We walked in on arrival and went wow.

Spacious and clean it was lovely. Also situated in a lovely quiet part of the park. Only thing I would say the rubber trims around the bath and shower need replacing they are quiet green. We booked again for next year whilst we was still there .

We have stayed in several lodges over the years and it was so lovely to arrive to find how spacious it was and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Another bonus was having a large second bedroom with walk-in wardrobe. The lodge is well positioned on a lovely site and so convenient for visiting family in Scarborough. We would definitely stay again in Two Little Ducks.

2nd visit to 2 Little Ducks and was as good as the last time.

Great lodge with everything you need to make your stay a home away from home.

Lovely and clean, warm and welcoming. The only slight annoyance is the cost of a pass for the entertainment facilities £28.95 per person per day, we thought a little expensive.

Had a fabulous stay at two little ducks.

Clean, spacious, comfy beds and sofas. Had some fantastic weather, we were very lucky with a mini heatwave☀️. The lodge is situated on the best part of the park nice and quiet. Beach is about a 15 min walk away but down a steep decent with quite a few steps too. Big grass area at the top of park for dogs to run around. Not far from Scarborough or filey about 15 mins each way . Lots to do and see about didn't get chance to do it all so we will be back to carry on our exploring of north Yorkshire some time in the future. Thank you

The property was beautiful.

Had everything we needed but the weather. Every vanetian blind was thick with dust and sideboards and im allergic to dustmite. I wiped over. There was no info about the site on the website and i asked at reception but was told no welcoming pack for you as you did not book with us. We couldnt get in anywhere with a dog. Thankgod for pub over road. Visited many places beautiful

On the surface the lodge looked very clean.

I opened the kitchen cupboard to put some of our own supplies away and had to clean it out first. It was only crumbs but proved it wasn’t wiped over from the last occupant. On opening the fridge I found a very mouldy block of soft cheese. Don’t know how long it had been there. I would say a good deep clean is needed in the lodge. Grubby throughout, nothing that a good couple of hours wouldn’t sort out. The veranda with a table and no chairs ?? I also had to sweep the floor as I struggled to sit looking at all the dirt and cobwebs. The bedroom. Please please put up blackout blind. Even with an eye mask it’s still bright. I saw a super nanny trick years ago. Damp your window and cover with tin foil. Tried it and it works great but I should have to waste tin foil in this way. Overall it was a good stay unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but didn’t dampen our stay. It was well equipped so I would give that 5 stars but would recommend a good deep clean. Towels. Please upgrade to bath sheets. Also maybe in the summer months put on a summer duvet not a winter one. Decent location the site bar and out door area were good no complaints there. I would say and this is mainly a parkdean complain but it needs to be more honest when saying the beach is only a short walk away. It really should tell you about the very deep hill to get to the beach. I would say if you are there with kids, buggy etc it makes it very difficult accessing the beach. Something I wouldn’t do again. Overall it was a decent week away.

Lodge was lovely but no blinds in the bedrooms and very thin curtains as the sun rose at 4am there was no sleep after then as the bedroom got hotter

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it had every thing we needed, home from home comfort.

We would not hesitate to book again.

Fantastic caravan/lodge , home from home feel with lots of space .

The bedrooms are both large with great storage if needed. It's location on site was perfect for us quiet but not to far from the amenities. The location of the site is perfect for a walk to Cayton beach and a short drive from Scarborough and other interesting places to visit.

The only thing missing was a 2 pin shaver socket in the bathroom which goes to show how good the accomodation really was.

We had a lovely holiday at Two Little Ducks, it was like home from home and well equipped with plenty of space.

The listing is accurate and no issue with finding it from the directions or getting in/leaving it. Would recommend!

Hi had a lovely week in Cayton bay a good base to explore all the resorts.

The lodge was very nice with all home comforts. Clean and tidy. Only 1 thing I would say is that our booking was for 5 and there was no mention of a bed settee anywhere and only 4 sets of towels laid out instead of 5. I took a sleeping bag just in case. There was a spare duvet but no cover and there were no spare pillows. This needs to be made clearer on the listing.

Wonderful stay at Two Little Ducks, very clean spacious lodge.

Enjoyed sitting in the evening on the decking area. So peaceful and relaxing. Great location. Two bathrooms make getting ready so much easier with older children. Thank you for a memorable holiday. Will definitely recommend your fabulous lodge.

The lodge was very clean and well presented had a wonderful time, the beds were very soft and comfortable.

We will be staying again even the dog loved it, quite part of the park was very nice.

Stayed 18th/25 June Great lodge, perfect position on the site, very clean spacious and comfortable, plenty of thing to do and visit I would recommend this lodge to anyone looking to visit the east coast or just looking for a nice quiet holiday.

Enjoyed our stay at 2 little ducks very spacious comfortable & homely accommodation.

In a peaceful quite location on the park but only a short stroll away from any amenities if needed. The beach is a good 10 minutes walk away from the park which our little dog absolutely loved. Would definitely recommend staying here to family & friends the location is central to great days out to surrounding areas.

This is a great place to stay in a quiet part of the park and well to do.

Really enjoyed are stay. Central location for Scarborough or Filey on foot or by bus leave the car on site. Can recommend this property because we will be back.

This lodge is lovely.

Spacious, well-equipped and warm. Nice clean carpeting throughout. Only one negative - anyone with a lower back problem, like me, will find the sofas challenging! However, my husband was fine with them.

Really impressed with the accommodation much larger than expected even with 6 people.

Great facilities and really pleased with the added extra of tea bags and coffee plus washing up liquid. We had an issue with the shower and within 5 minutes of messaging the owner a maintenance man was at the door to fix it, very impressed. We thought the kitchen could do with some more chopping boards, we cooked every night the cooker and microwave were clean and more than enough crockery adequate to use for 6 people and dishwasher was a delight. Washing machine also available to use which came in helpful. The beach nearby is one of the best. We would definitely return.

We have had a lovely week away at Two Little Ducks, Cayton Bay despite not having brilliant weather.

The lodge was well-equipped, comfortable and spacious and had a real home from home atmosphere. Plenty of room for the 6 of us plus our little dog! Didn’t use the parkdean on site facilities much because we wanted to get out and explore the area but the kids had a go on the high ropes (£10 each) and we tried the fish and chip shop once (avoid this, it was absolutely disgusting and inedible and it all went in the bin). Sykes cottages were fantastic for booking through, good communication and smooth easy booking process. Would definitely use again to try a different site. Thank you for helping us enjoy precious family time and make special memories. Natalie and family xx

Ideally located to explore the breathtaking North Yorkshire coast.
