Pine Lodge Spa Pet is a lovely holiday lodge on Woodland Lakes Holiday Park near Thirsk, Yorkshire, offering on-site parking, an easy open-plan layout, and enclosed decking with a hot tub.

Surrounded by lakes and woodland, it’s a great choice for couples travelling with their dog who want plenty to see and do close by.

Inside, the lodge is arranged around an open-plan living space that brings together the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area.

It works well for relaxed holiday routines, whether you’re cooking a simple meal, planning the day, or settling in for an evening with the TV after time outdoors.

The kitchen is set up for straightforward self-catering, while the dining area encourages unhurried meals.

A double bedroom offers a calm place to retreat to later on, complemented by a shower room with a walk-in shower.

The enclosed decking extends the living space outdoors.

Northallerton 8.6 miles; North York Moors National Park 5 miles; York 23.7 miles.

With the gateway to the North York Moors National Park to the east and Yorkshire Dales National Park to the west, the bustling town of Thirsk boasts a quaint market place, splendid Georgian buildings, and a Norman church. Here there are a selection of excellent pubs, restaurants, a cinema and a leisure centre, as well as independent stores to be browsed at your leisure. Visit the World of James Herriott Museum, dedicated to the life and works of the town’s own famous vet and author or explore the surrounding rolling countryside and Hambleton Hills, offering excellent walking and cycling opportunities. The town is home to the Yorkshire Vet, All Creatures Great and Small, and Thirsk Races, and there are an abundance of local walks throughout the local area, including those at Osmotherly, the Cleveland Way, and Sutton Bank.
