“We booked at Chloe's Cabin very last minute, after a trip abroad fell through for health reasons.”

Location is excellent, and it's easy to get anywhere in Northumberland from the holiday park. The cabin is comfortable, though it definitely had it's negatives. The TVs are largely decorative, there is no live TV, and the buffering on the streaming made it impossible to watch anything. The kitchen is not well stocked, and in particular we gave up with the toaster very quickly. The cabin was clean on the surface, but under furniture / above curtains wasn't wonderful. However, there are more positives than negatives. The sofas and chair were great, and the luxury of having the hot tub was heavenly. It's an excellent base to explore the county, but you may want to mostly eat out to avoid having to use the kitchen. I'd also suggest taking some torches in case of power cuts. We lost power (as did everyone in that part of Northumberland) for a couple of hours, and it was getting quite dark before everything switched on again. Overall we'd definitely recommend Chloe's Cabin for a stay, with a few small caveats.

Hi, thankyou for leaving us a review, we welcome any feedback which can help us improve our guests experience. Having checked the tv, someone had unplugged the Ariel which is why there was no live tv. The Ariel just needed plugging back into the side of the tv. Unfortunately due to the area of the lodge the signal for the WiFi is not always perfect but majority of the time works well, we are looking into improving this. In regards to the kitchen we are always told we are well equipped… what was it that we didn’t supply that you needed? The toaster works perfectly, although one side doesn’t work unless the other side is push down too (it’s how the toaster is designed) we will add a print out to explain this for future guests. Thankyou for informing us about the cleaning we have passed this onto our lodge cleaner. We will definitely be looking into getting some torches, thankyou for that. No issue is too small to contact us during your stay, we would have been happy to explain/help you with these issues during your stay if we had known about them. There is a contact number on the fridge that can be used for any issues. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, and would welcome you back, thankyou for leaving the lodge in a lovely condition.
