The delightful village of Felton is set in rural Northumberland, between Morpeth to the south and Alnwick to the north. The village has a shop with a post office, coffee shop, pub and restaurant, and is just 10 miles from Alnwick, with its Castle and now famous Garden, which features Europe's largest cascading water feature, an enormous tree house, a rose garden and an ornamental walled garden. The castle is also famous as the setting for Hogwarts School featured in the "Harry Potter" films! Alnwick offers a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat and there is plenty to see and do, with miles of golden sandy beaches, numerous castles and boat trips to the famous Farne Islands all available nearby. Altogether a superb location for exploring Northumberland and its stunning Heritage Coastline.
