“I’ll start with the positives: there was a nice welcome pack for both people and their four-legged friends; the property itself sits in one of the best locations on the site meaning it was quiet and relatively private with a view across a field which in the evening deer visit; and when we had a query we had a response from the number provided really quickly, with things sorted the next day.”

But, it’s a shame to have to say that there are downsides to this property too. The radiators in both bathrooms were unusable given the amount of rust on them and both showers had mould around a lot of the seals at the bottom - this created a mildew smell in the ensuite bathroom which you could smell in the main bathroom if you left the door open. The door itself didn’t close without force which meant it wasn’t usable in the night without disturbing others. The bed was also uncomfortable ...

The bed was also uncomfortable to sleep on and the thin mattress protector on top did little to help.
