We loved the position of this lodge and the amazing views across countryside from the extended and very private deck.

The lodge was spacious for two plus a dog, it was well equipped, comfortable, clean and had a home from home feel. The two showers/toilets were great. The lodge is a great base for exploring the area and attractions of Northumberland and after a day out it was lovely to come back and sit in the enclosed private hot tub. The park the lodge is situated on was very quiet and being positioned on the edge of it, it felt very secluded and not overlooked. Overall everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay, thank you for the welcome gift too.

What a beautiful spot!

So quiet and peaceful, just what we needed for a short break with the family.

Me my partner and 11 year old son spent two nights here no issues from us arriving everything spotless,my son loved the hot tub,lovely welcoming gift aswell would definitely recommend.

Will make it simple.

Just brilliant this lodge was on the best pitch on the site, don’t think about booking it just get it booked or you will miss out, we very nice hot tub too ,and even was given a welcome bottle and biscuits on arrival ,much appreciated.great communication from Jan, on site food at the crazy horse was first class, you must have the steak pie, and the curry ,delicious,and I’m fussy with food ,had our dog that was safe to roam about due to having 2 secure gates,at the lodge, ,,,we even saw dear walking about ,…..just take plenty of stores with you ,it’s a fair drive to the nearest Morrisons ,but you can buy things on site if needed,, full marks

Had a great break with my wife and our furry friend, everything we required was at hands length in the van, large hot tub checked and cleaned every day we were there, Site has two great pubs, one that serves great food, Graham and the girls were very helpful and very friendly.

We loved the welcome treat treat Val left for us very nice touch We are intending coming back again soon..

We absolutely loved our Easter break at Dreams and Streams.

Lovely, clean lodge with beautiful views, smart TV and good wifi. Welcome gift was a nice touch also. Great location for visiting nearby attractions. Will be back.

Was a loverly caravan apart from the sofa was very uncomfortable the cleaner didn't do a very good job there was dog hair just about every we're.

The sink had waste food in it and smelt horrible all the cutlery had to be rewashed but this has something to do with the cleaner they need a new one i would've done this anyway but to still see food on them wasn't very good we didn't use the oven as the tray that was in there had grease in it there was just a piece of foil put over it the hottub was amazing overall I don't think we will be back we left two days early not because of the cleanliness but the sofa was so uncomfortable we couldn't stand it any more I'm sorry to the owner about this review but I'm just being honest a new comfortable sofa and a new cleaner would make that property 5 star's for me

Caravan in an excellent spot on the park, lovely veranda and hot tub area.

Basic but comfortable inside, found the bed too hard also the pillows flat and hard,but that's down to personal preference. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at dreams and streams!

This was our second stay here and it will definitely not be our last! The whole place is spotless from top to bottom. The hot tub was also lush and always clean

single beds were somewhat narrow for an adult,double was lovely/.

We cndt find a way to turn tthe hot tub temperature down.Apart from that it .was wonderful

What a wonderful host Jan is, helpful, thoughtful and always attentive.

Dreams and Streams was the perfect base for our Northumberland adventures. The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped and had all the little bits you'd expect at home, which made settling in easy and comfortable. The hot tub was a real highlight, private and the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the area. The space was ideal for two people and our two Labradors, with plenty of room both inside and out. The secure garden gave us real peace of mind letting the dogs roam safely. Visiting Holy Island is an absolute must, a magical place that topped off a fantastic break. We'd gladly return.

What a great lodge with tje bedt view and outdoor space. Will certainly return.

Fabulous 2nd stay at Dreams & Streams lodge Bockenfield, clean, tidy & all amenities you need- very private for sitting out and especially using the hot tub which is fabulous- crazy horse saloon 5 minute walk & food & service great- plenty beaches nearby for walking the pooches- Highly recommend so much so our 3rd visit booked for September.

Had a lovely stay in the lodge.

The only criticism is the dining room floor really creaks a lot when walking on it.Which did start to annoy us.

Had everything we needed. The hot tub was lush! We didn't want to come home!! I am sure we will be back again soon!

Amazing lodge that was immaculately presented for our arrival with beautiful view and very comfortable living space.

Very comfortable beds for a great nights sleep and very private decking area on looking a beautiful stream. Every thing we needed for a nice relaxing getaway . You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the property , clearly making the extra effort to make you comfortable. The owner was great with communication and we also got a little welcome gift. This was fantastic place to stay we are definitely returning soon .

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the festive period.

The property was clean and comfortable. The owners kindly left some biscuits and Prosecco for us which was a nice touch. We used the property as a base to explore the Northumberland area. We used the hot tub a couple of evenings, which was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay everything we could have wanted and more.

Stunning views and so peaceful, plenty of things to do especially if you like exploring Northumberland countryside. Fantastic hosts only a phone call away with speedy response to questions. Big thumbs up from us all. If using the hot tub frequently as we did bring extra towels

We had a really lovely time at Dreams and Streams.

We all enjoyed the hot tub and you could not beat the view. The lodge itself had everything that we wanted and was also very clean. Jan was amazing - she communicated well before and throughout our stay and was very helpful. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will be making a return visit ourselves!

We loved staying at Dreams & Streams, It's situated at the back of the park with great views.

Very private at the back of the lodge. A very thoughtful welcome pack and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was really good, well maintained and clean. The park is lovely and very friendly. Everyone was really helpful. All instructions to find the property were spot on. Easy as it was straight off the A1. We will come agian if in the area. Thanks Jan for everything!

Fabulous lodge in a quiet area on the park.

Booked for 4 nights Monday-Friday for a short break and it was great. Lodge has everything you need. Very cosy. Very clean. Lovely decking to sit & enjoy the view over the fields and stream. Hot tub fab! Definitely recommend and will be back.

We decided to have a winter break and spend new year away as we’d had a rough year and needed a break so booked this on a whim .

Best decision ever

We had a lovely relaxing holiday in a beautiful clean and comfortable lodge called streams and dreams every thing we could of needed was supplied even the hot tub.

I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet in a beautiful surrounding.

Our stay in this lodge was amazing from the unlimited views out the back, the fabulous decking area & hot tub inside the lodge had everything we could need & was beautiful and clean & the welcome gifts were really appreciated!

Property is in a lovely situation and a lovely aspect.

Very dog friendly and is secure which was important for us as our dog is small. Easy to get to castles and beaches and there is a zoo close by.

It was really clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great, although the fencing area around it could be higher just to add more privacy. The view from the decking area was nice and peaceful. All in all a great stay and would recommend it for families and couples. Dog friendly too which was great!

Really clean well kept, and plenty space for the three of us plus one dog.

Quiet site even though close to A1, lodge is far enough back to be peaceful, with sister site a nice little walk away which has a pub/ restaurant. Good base to explore the North East of England.

Absolutely loved this place.

Lovely quiet site with the lodge perfectly situated. Lodge was like home from home and so well equipped, hot tub was maintained daily, something we’ve never come across so always clean. Blackout curtains would be of benefit for the light mornings, but didn’t spoil our stay. Just lovely

Had a wonderful stay at the Dreams and Streams lodge.

It was clean, spacious, has a private decking area overlooking the stream and fields and a lovely hot tub which kept our teenager entertained. Thanks to the owner for a lovely stay and the unexpected welcome gift :-)

Just two points.

There should be some instructions on how to get to the sister park, we didn't find out until our last day that there was a public footpath that linked the two parks. Found the long sofa a little uncomfortable, I understand that room width restrictions but maybe better designed sofa with more back support. Other than above no problems, clean and well maintained property, everything as specified. Park is very quiet and peaceful and also well maintained. Great holiday destination

The lodge was exactly as described,very cosy and in a great location looking over a stream and fields*(* of rapeseed which triggered my allergies but is almost gone now,worth bearing in mind though if you're a fellow sufferer, check the calendar).

Got the pleasure of a deer twice visiting while we were in the hot tub,also a pair of herons and pheasants,as well as numerous other birds,a squirrel

Spotless with a great hot tub which is in a enclosed area,perfect for keeping our small dog in,also a great location on the park facing the stream and a field,so felt more private,has everything you need for a short break,definitely would return here and the bar on the site is very friendly and great for dogs which we loved

Another lovely break here at Dreams and streams.

The lodge was cosy and inviting as always and the hot tub was great even though the weather was not good. Its a super location surrounded by loads of places to keep you entertained and loads of nice places to eat.

Everything was great, some nice treats too.

Perfect base for exploring, enjoyed it so much I booked to return before this break had even ended.

Perfectly located to see Northumberlands treasures. The owner was extremely helpful to us, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dreams and Streams.

It was lovely and clean, very comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus. The owner, Jan, was great too, she sorted out a problem that was beyond her control, swiftly and efficiently. The Bockenfield Park itself is relatively new, so needs to become a bit more established and would benefit from a little shop on site to sell essentials you may need. The neighbouring park, Felmore, is a lot more established and has a bar/restaurant on site that does great food and the staff are really lovely too. All in all, we had a fab break and would highly recommend Dreams and Streams as a good holiday rental.

The over grown thistles outside spoilt the view a little.

The parking area should be closer to the gate, The lodge ws lovely and clean, perfect for us The lovely gifts were appreciated and enjoyed,

We had such a lovely time, 2 couples and 2 dogs.

Plenty of room for us all. Outside space was perfect to keep the dogs enclosed and to allow them a little freedom whilst we enjoyed the hot tub! Barely overlooked at all. Showers were powerful and everything you could think of is supplied in the kitchen, meaning we could prepare meals daily for the four of us easily, with plenty of room in the comfortable living/dining areas. The owner is contactable and very friendly so I’m positive if there were any issues they would be easily resolved. Everyone we encountered on the site was friendly and happy to chat. Already looking for when we can book again!

Great serviced property, would have liked a dishwasher?

The standard was very high, peacefull and the site bar very pleasant with sky sports and very kindly showed the boxing on ppv Will most definately stay at this place in the future. Very impressed with the daily hot tub service/cleaning Thanks to all for a great week Steve and Michelle
