What guests are saying
Very disappointing - photo on site misleading as lake is actually covered in vegetation; unable to contact owners despite several attempts; toilet seat cracked; bathroom door sticks when shut; no instructions for any equipment; no gate at end of decking apparently expected to move broken off back of garden bench; both deckchairs appear to be broken and tied together; nowhere to hang wet coats or shoes.
Overall, accommodation was excellent as was the location.
A beautiful location and views, perfect for local walks and just a short drive to local beaches and attractions.
The only negative would be that the giant panoramic windows which are amazing for the surrounding scenery are not especially great for blocking out early sunlight so be prepared for early mornings if sensitive to light. A good sleep mask is highly advised! Everything else was just perfect!
