Our dog really liked the field.
The negative items, which are really minor but are frustrations, mainly relate to the basic items in the kitchen, like no salt and pepper, no cleaning clothes, mismatched glasses and no tea/coffee and milk for your arrival drink. The welcome wine was very nice but as it was white why was it not in the fridge?
The information pack, such as it was, being 3 laminated pages of basic information with nothing about rubbish bins, dog poo bins, etc.

Local information leaflets comprised a large unsorted pile under the TV with some dating back 2 years. Sorting and updating would be helpful.
As a point of health and safety the shower adjustment goes from warm to very hot easily with no warning.
