    “No buggy as stated so our elderly parents couldn’t see the whole site but the accommodation was very clean.”

Make your way up the steps to find a timber-clad, open-plan living space featuring all you need to unwind, as well as appliances fit for a self-catering stay.

Grab a seat on one of the plush seating options in front of the Smart TV and enjoy your favourite movie together or your favourite series on Netflix; switch on the electric fire to add to the warm ambiance.

When you're ready to prepare a mouthwatering meal, make your way over to the kitchen, where wooden cabinetry features a great range of appliances, including a large fridge/freezer.

Alnwick 6 miles, Morpeth 12 miles.

The delightful village of Swarland is set in rural Northumberland, between Morpeth to the south and Alnwick to the north. The village has Nelsons, situated in the sports hall, which is open seven days a week, serving excellent coffee and meals, a children’s play area and tennis courts. It is just 8 miles from Alnwick, with its castle and garden, which features Europe's largest cascading water feature, an enormous tree house, a rose garden and an ornamental walled garden. The castle is also famous as the setting for Hogwarts School featured in the Harry Potter films. Alnwick offers a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat. There is plenty to see and do near to Swarland, with miles of golden sandy beaches, numerous castles and boat trips to the famous Farne Islands all available nearby. Brinkburn Priory is a pleasant drive away, a restored Augustinian Priory in a most lovely setting beside the River Coquet. Just 10 minutes’ drive to the west is the National Trust’s Cragside House and Gardens. Altogether a perfect location for exploring Northumberland and its stunning Heritage Coastline.
