    “We have stayed at Stonesthrow lodge previous to the new owners & the subtle changes to the lodge are lovely.”

    It's a very calming and relaxing lodge. Absolutely spotlessly clean on arrival & a lovely welcome box too for both us & the dogs. Beds are comfy, sofa is very comfy too for those autumn/winter nights. A perfect location overlooking the lake. The kitchen is well equipped & an air fryer is an added bonus too. The lodge needs a larger teapot as the mugs for tea & coffee are huge, however, that's just a personal choice for us northerners lol. We'll certainly be booking Stonesthrow again soon ...
