    “What can I say about the Lake House, it was the loveliest lodge we have been in for a very long time.”

    It was immaculate and very homely with everything you could ever want inside. It was immaculately clean and definitely home from home. The outside was very spacious and for the fishermen you would not be disappointed. The lake was just outside the veranda and my husband caught, carp, barbel, bream all of a good size and the man next door caught a 23lb carp so some real good fishing. We ate at the Stag in Barkston which was excellent and had something for everyone. We were so so happy at ...

    It was immaculate and very homely with everything you could ever want inside. It was immaculately clean and definitely home from home. The outside was very spacious and for the fishermen you would not be disappointed. The lake was just outside the veranda and my husband caught, carp, barbel, bream all of a good size and the man next door caught a 23lb carp so some real good fishing. We ate at the Stag in Barkston which was excellent and had something for everyone. We were so so happy at the Lake house we would have easily spend another week there but alas it was booked. So we could make sure we got in next year we have rebooked all ready.
