Fantastic stay, we weren’t there for long only 2 nights but everything was perfect.
The lodge itself is lovely, well decorated and has everything you can need without it feeling cramped. The location is beautiful. The hot tub was great, really enjoyed it and wasn’t too hard to operate. The hosts were responsive and helpful, even pre lit the hot tub for us as we had a long journey with traffic and arrived quite late, but the stress of the journey was taken away by a long soak in the hot tub when we got there. We will be back for sure, but for a longer duration. Highly recommended!
We have just had a wonderful stay at buttercup Lodge we found everything we needed and more with all the extras the Lodge is very unique and loved all the decor our stay was very cosy comfy very homely the veranda was great for outside breakfast to enjoy the relaxing countryside views and wildlife definitely recommend to friends and family
What a find!
Absolutely stunning location and accommodation. We loved everything about our stay in Buttercup Lodge! Everything you could possibly need. So comfortable and clean with lots of lovely added touches. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Comfy sofa inside and very comfortable rattan chairs with cushions, on the outside veranda, which were very important to us as we spent as much time as possible outside making the most of the wonderful view and just enjoying the most peaceful restful setting. The hot tub was fabulous and we used it every day! We enjoyed every minute…so much so we are planning our next visit later this year! Thank you Michelle and Geoff! You couldn’t have been more helpful. The lodges and what you have created within your surroundings are a credit to you both. Can’t wait for our next visit!
