This was a beautiful little shepherd's hut, im not sure who enjoyed it more, us or our dog Lenny who spent most of his time on chicken watch!

. We stayed over a period of pretty bad weather and we were quite limited on our cooking options with just 2 gas rings. It would be nice to have a covered area outside to cook in when the weather is up to its usual British standard. The accommodation was cosy and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Its definitely a place to go to escape it all but we did miss the 3 pin plug option that isn't available for any electrical gadgets. Its extremely dog friendly which allowed our pup to enjoy some freedom to run around and enjoy being off lead. I've never seen him so confused when faced with several cows staring back at him over the fence! The chickens passing by were just a bonus!

The Coop is most definitely a little slice of paradise!

It has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing break away. The location is so secluded, you literally feel like you are the only people there, so it is perfect if you want somewhere away from the hustle and bustle. The hot tub is fantastic, and you never get bored of the views of the rolling hills and fields all around the hut. It has a small but perfect kitchen with a good sized fridge including a small freezer compartment and all the pans and utensils you need to make a good meal. There is also a stove inside, however we didn't use it because we stayed during very hot weather. A BBQ is also provided outside which is great for cooking and enjoying the scenery at the same time. The bed is very comfortable and there is adequate storage space. Overall, we had an amazing stay, we loved the little shop on the farm - the ice-cream is delicious! We will most definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.
