    “Had a lovely stay in the lodge and would love to stay again.”

    Sunny days and sitting on the veranda were fabulous, and the children spent all their time in the hot tub. It is easy to point out the negatives, but they were not a big issue — there was no baking tray in the oven, no batteries in the remote control for the electric fire, and no salt and pepper. Our main issue was the communication. We never received the online check‑in form, and my emails were not answered. We downloaded the app for the key to the lodge, but it wouldn’t work, and the key ...
