    “The toilet floor is coming away now.”

    We have been going for years and it’s starting to need maintenance doing. One of the twin rooms was a double bed. We needed to have a twin and there was no additional bedding in the room to convert it. One of the lights in the hall wasn’t working. No spare bin bags to empty the bins during the stay. The kettle had a huge amount of build up and flakey pieces floating around in it - descaling needed more regularly or products supplied to do it during the stay. However the setting, ...
