“We had a great stay just some weeks ago.”

The children absolutely loved it. It was very well equipped and had plenty of kitchen ware for us all. I would have loved another cupboard for our food to go in to as it was quite tight to fit things in. We did store some things in bags on the floor..then remembered the under floor heating! Lodge was generally clean and tidy however there seems to be something splattered up the walls and ceiling in the living room. My guess is a bottle of coke exploding but with the curtains clean etc I guess things have been replaced but the walls not wiped? There was some mould too in the bedrooms, behind the bunkers and on the ceiling above the pillow areas. Up on arrive too it was dark and raining. I found it pretty hard to find the lodge with no obvious signage to which lodge was ours. Perhaps an email with a map of lodges would have worked or even a road sign on the road part indicating which one is which. Having said this we had a great time and once those things are sorted we have no reason to not return. Thanks!
