Lovely little place, very relaxing and Nicola was amazing, would highly recommend, but there is a bit of a walk all up hill so not for the faint hearted but in time this will be improved.
Loved every minute and the hot tub was very welcoming.
It is a lovely little getaway to relax and the wonderful views highly recommended lovely logburner in the pod and hotub was lovely .
Nicola lovely hard working lady and there to help on hand when needed
A great place to get away from it all.
Our host Nicola was very accommodating, polite and happy to help. The hot tub and fire were all lit ready and waiting for us aswell as a dog bed and bowls. We found it very relaxing, loved hearing the wildlife from the balcony and the ground is fenced off and safe for the dog. Take a book as no WiFi, but this is definitely a plus. Be prepared for a walk uphill from the car, we packed too much and brought it down again. In hindsight, we didn't need half of what we took. Matlock and the surrounding area is a great place to visit and Holbien is highly recommended.
