Lodge 9 - Bron Eifion is a fine lodge resting in Criccieth, Gwynedd, with off-road parking for two cars, lakeside views, and a decked area overlooking a broad sweep of water and woodland.
Set within 40 acres of mature trees and positioned beside a 6‑acre fishing lake, the lodge enjoys a setting where wildlife, open skies, and the gentle presence of the lake shape the rhythm of each day.
Inside, the lodge features a wooden, rustic interior that reflects the natural surroundings.
The single-storey layout centres around an open-plan living space, where the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area flow together to create a sociable hub.
It’s a space designed for shared moments, whether that’s preparing meals, lingering at the dining table, or unwinding in the sitting area with the TV after time spent outdoors.
Natural light filters through the windows, keeping the outdoors firmly part of the experience.
The sleeping accommodation includes two bedrooms, one double and one twin, making the lodge well-suited to couples, friends, or a small family.
Each room is simply arranged, offering a calm place to retreat to after days spent exploring the grounds.
A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC completes the interior and fits neatly into the layout.
Step outside and the wider setting invites you to linger.
The 6‑acre lake remains a focal point throughout the year, drawing anglers and wildlife, while the surrounding woodland provides shaded paths and quiet corners to explore.
For days out, enjoy Criccieth’s coastal character and castle views, spend time in Pwllheli with its harbour atmosphere and family-friendly spots, or head to Porthmadog for cafés, shops, and a lively seaside feel.

The lodges are in a lovely, peaceful setting.
The owner was very welcoming , friendly and helpful and lodge number 9 was clean and comfortable, the only thing I would personally change would be to get a brighter table cloth as it is very dark in the lodge. Thankyou for a lovely stay
The cabin is in a great place but on entry you could tell it was very tired and not very well maintained The two settees sink when you sit on them and springs stick in you The beds need replacing and are very uncomfortable The window catches are all broken and need replacing.
The whole cabin just needs a lot of TLC It says you can get 5g signal for your phone but I never got any and phone signal and WiFi is none existent Having said all this negativity we had a good 4 days and loved the location
