Eden Fields Lodge

The small town of Cupar is ideally situated for exploring this part of Scotland, rich in the nation's history and boasting a wealth of significant houses, castles and abbeys.

Edinburgh and Dundee are easily accessible by train from Cupar, and the coast is close-by with wonderful St Andrews and several picturesque harbours. You can't do better to enjoy all of this than from the luxurious Eden Fields Lodge on the outskirts of Cupar. The accommodation is absolutely top-notch, and the hosts Kirsty and William very special.

The Lodge was comfortable, clean and with good facilities.

The biscuits and milk were much appreciated, thank you Kirsty and William. The TV signal was sometimes a problem but we coped.

Eden Fields Lodge is first rate - beautifully furnished, comfortable and immaculately clean.

It was the ideal base to explore Fife and beyond. We were made to feel very welcome and we would happily stay here again.

Our second stay at Eden Fields lodge and it was as perfect as the first time.

Spotlessly clean. Communication excellent with owners. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they even kept the lodge at a specific temperature for us. Bedrooms were setup for our ease. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Travelling around the area was ideal. You are centrally located to explore Fife. Would highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well equipped, quiet, parking and garden. We wanted to visit Edinburgh, Dundee, St Andrews and the coastal villages and the Lodge was in a great central position for all these, with a local train station to go to Edinburgh and Dundee if you don't want to drive. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation at Eden Fields is excellent, with everything you need for a perfect stay.

I am partially disabled and found it ideal. It's a lovely peaceful location and close to beaches, visitor attractions etc.

Great location on a farm. Kirsty and William were very helpful and we would wholeheartedly recommend the Lodge.

The lodge is set within the grounds of the owner’s smallholding which also includes the owners home, a horse riding mane’ge and farm building.

There are also sheep and hens which sometimes roam free in the grounds which is interesting . The lodge itself is fairly modern, in good condition and very clean. The bedrooms are not large but the open plan living and kitchen area is excellent. We enjoyed our stay at Eden lodge although there was some traffic noise from the farm next door and also trains that pass regularly on the line apox 250m away, but it is not excessive. The owners, Kirsty and William are welcoming, friendly and helpful but at the same time were happy to leave us to enjoy our time at the lodge…overall we got the sense that we were sharing their lovely family home .

Eden Field Lodge is lovely and comfy.

The lodge has everything you need and the owners are very quick at answering any questions. The lodge is modern and very spacious. The owners provided us with lots of information about the appliances in the lodge and about the surrounding area ie places to visit, places to eat etc. We will definitely visit this lodge again, as it was near to family that we were visiting.

It has great views. The outdoor seating was fantastic in the sun. It was a home away from home. We were so impressed, we've rebooked.

Good car parking ,off road next to the lodge. Ideally located for St Andrews,Dundee and many historic sites. Cupar town centre is a short distance away with a good selection of shops and supermarkets.

The kitchen tap is loose and needs tightening

The Lodge is situated in a quiet location close to Cupar which is excellent to explore Fife.

The surrounding countryside is stunning with easy access to many sites of historical interest, walks and golf courses. Upon arrival we found the Lodge to be immaculately clean and furnished to high standard with lovely tasteful furniture and fittings - a real home from home.

We found Eden Lodge has everything going for it, very clean, comfortable and cosy.

We loved the size of it, so spacious, modern and bright. It has a great outlook looking on to the countryside and not far from surrounding areas. Kirsty is a brilliant host, so helpful, we were sorry to leave. We will be back again.

2nd visit to Eden Field, it is a perfect home from home.

Spotless, Kirsty has thought of everything could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. All the extra’s make you feel very welcome. Will not be our last visit.

Everything you could need in property. Lovely furnishings. A very relaxing place to stay. Wonderful views. Communication with owners beforehand was excellent. I'd recommend this property and we are hoping to return later on in the year. One of the best places we've stayed in. Extremely central for touring around Fife and Angus.

We were absolutely delighted to arrive at this wonderful accommodation.

Attention to detail was second to none and was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view from the living area looked out to beautiful hills and we were able to watch the golfers walking by. We also enjoyed the goodies that were very kindly left for us. Beautiful area to explore. Fabulous property, luxurious, warm and welcoming.

The owners have equipped this Lodge with impeccable taste. Set in beautiful surroundings and affording accessibility to many areas we cycled, hiked and visited some stunning places, all helped by the wonderful autumn sunshine. Feeling thoroughly refreshed.

The lodge is well situated for visiting Fife, we visited the Rosslyn chapel, RRS discovery in Dundee the Britannia royal yacht, St Andrews, a week wasn’t long enough there was so much to see and do so definitely be back again especially to this comfortable welcoming Eden fields lodge and to thank you both very much as well for accommodating us coming a day early and the generous welcome pack and also we were really lucky the sun was out all week

Fantastic position, quiet countryside but great local bus and train services, would highly recommend, the hosts go above and beyond and the extras like a pdf before we left was so helpful and makes a huge difference as does the welcome pack

Excellent lodge in good setting so close to lots of attractions . Well equipped and spotless with loads of room for storage. Nicely furnished bright and airy. Lovely enclosed lawn area that my grandsons enjoyed while their parents watched from the outside seating area. The owners were very helpful with pre arrival questions. Recommend without hesitation and my daughter and family would happily return.

Everything worked as it should and was a pleasure to stay. Quiet area central to visiting Dundee, Perth, Falkland palace and St Andrews.

This was one of the very best cottages we have ever stayed in.

The beds were supremely comfortable, the cottage was spotless, the views lovely and peaceful, everything worked easily and parking was on the doorstep!

Beautiful lodge, very clean, comfortable, well equipped and finished to a high standard.

Kirsty was very thoughtful and offered us an extra nght's stay free of charge, due to some bad weather. Lots to do in the local area and a good base for exploring Fife's cycle routes.

Amazing property having everything we needed and more.

Located in a great area for exploring so many different types of places. Somewhere we would certainly return to as there were many places we wanted to visit but ran out of time!

Luxury all the way.

Fantastic lodge, we could not fault this place at all. We could live there. Quiet location, but close to travel to places. The bed was so comfy, the bedding and towels top quality.

Brand new accommodation, no missing utensils and sharp knives for a change.

Even had a teapot which quite often is missing. Beds comfy and good quality bedding. Good base for travelling around the area. Decor was nicely done. Liked the artwork too! Milk in fridge for arrival too.
