A delightful property in a beautiful setting.

The accommodation was comfortable and made for a very relaxing break.

We had a fantastic stay at Dundarach.

Made even better with sunshine every day! The lodge was clean and comfortable with loads of space and well equipped for our stay. Its situation gave wonderful views across the Tay valley and the birds and wildlife outside the door provided endless entertainment. The site was well located to get to many attractions and walks in the area. The owners provided excellent communication and responded quickly to any questions before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this lodge.

All seating turned to observe the changing sky and wildlife. Bird feeding station directly in front of spacious balcony. Bright, airy, cosy lodge, well appointed and sited on best plot for views. So peaceful. Aberfeldy is a nice stroll along the way, plenty eateries and coffee stops, plus large supermarket. Scenery out and about does not disappoint. Pitlochry has its Festival Theatre and lovely independent shops. Plenty to see and do for all levels of fitness, including catching fish from the Mighty River Tay!! Husband was pleased. Town water tickets available from pet shop in Aberfeldy. VERY reasonable!! Robert the owner popped by to check everything was OK, nice personal touch. Amazing property to return to after a day of sightseeing. Or, just chill and drink in the view!

My Dad and I stayed at Dundarach for a cycling holiday and had a great time, assisted by owner Rob's recommendations for things to do during the day and night.

We took in routes to Pitlochry, Lochs Tummel and Faskally and Fortingall, all from the lodge itself. The views from the lodge were tremendous, we got lucky with the weather but we'll certainly back again soon.

We had a great week here, the accommodation was great with amazing views.

Lots of little extra touches like bird seed to fill the feeder, was very much appreciated. The contact and information from the owner prior to arriving was great and very informative of walks and the local area. We would love to come back.

The lodge was fantastic.

It was super clean and had everything you would need.The views were amazing,and also the wildlife.The town itself self has all you need.Lovely cafes and restaurants.Also a supermarket and a few independent shops.The owner of the lodge Robert was pleasant as we met him during our stay.Would highly recommend and will definitely return in the Spring.

A lovely spacious and clean lodge that felt more like a house than a lodge.

The views, peaceful setting and the fact that it was very accessible on one floor is what sold this place to us. However we would have appreciated some warning about the state of the dirt road and the extremely steep slope to get to it as we really struggled each time with our humble Skoda and even decided to stay put one rainy day because of that. I dread to think what it will be like on frosty days. Having the log fire was a bonus and the herb garden and meandering pheasants outside were a real treat. The single bed mattresses need attending to as each one was very saggy on one side which meant you fall out if you turn over. Besides that, it is a beautifully furnished lodge in a stunning location. One the road to it is created, Im sure it will be in high demand and I would certainly recommend it on those conditions.

Beautiful property we have stayed in before.

The stunning open views catch your breath from the minute you open the front door. Well appointed & comfortable with everything you could need. Lovely balcony to sit out when the weather it's dry. Great location with small well stocked co-op , restaurants, takeaways close by & further afield. Great communication from the owner. We will certainly return & recommend to all our friends & family.

Dundarach is an amazing place to stay with fabulous views out over mountains and hillsides that scream Scotland.

The accommodation is superb with a fabulous veranda to sit and watch the views from. There is a bird feeder that attracts lots of birds including coal tits and we were fortunate that a nuthatch also fed from it daily. Dundarach is really well equipped and comfortable with a lovely wood burner. It is also a great base to explore other parts of the Highlands including Pitlochry and a must visit Blair Castle where you can feed red deer by hand. We had a fantastic holiday there and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Scotland.

A lovely lodge, views spectacular, close enough to walk into Aberfeldy along quiet track.

Ideal base for exploring Perthshire. Surface of road a bit bumpy but going to be resurfaced shortly according to owner. Definitely would go back.

We received a very warm welcome from Rob and Veronica upon our arrival, having driven up from East Lothian for our stay.

Rob provided a number of great recommendations for the cycling trips we undertook (Loch Rannoch, Faskally, Tummel), as well as restaurants in the area (I'd highly recommend the Schiehallion pub for food and drink, although you want to make sure you book a table as they were fully booked when we went). The cottage itself was spotless and had superb views over the valley, we can't wait to come back again.

The lodge was absolutely beautiful and modern.

The view from the balcony is stunning as well! The lodge is really well equipped, and all the modern facilities you would need, with ample space for parking as well. Would definitely say here again, and would highly recommend!

House was very comfortable, well maintained and very clean. Lovely location and good access to surrounding area. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Robert was very responsive and helpful on text too Lovely shortbread and whisky to welcome us which was a lovely touch. The furnishings were top notch and kitchen very well equipped. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Aberfeldy is lovely to spend some time too.

Very nice lodge with great views.

Towels supplied were of poor quality, did not smell fresh, hard and stained. Very poor variety ,sizes of crockery ,pots and pans. These could be improved for not a lot of money and would add to the enjoyment of staying in this lodge.

Absolutely stunning lodge in an equally stunning location.

Everything you could need in self catering accommodation but the star of the show was the view f from the windows leading to a lovely balcony overlooking the River Tay & open countryside. Close to Aberfeldy which has shops, cafes & restaurants to suit all your needs. General area is beautiful from Kenmore on Loch Tay up to Pitlochry & beyond. The weather was fabulous which added to a lovely stay. We would love to return. Thanks for sharing your peaceful haven.
