“Oven unusable as dirty and very greasy.”

Needs replacing or professionally cleaned. Mould on a lot of the walls- worse area behind the sofa which when moved very dirty underneath. Old drinks can down the side of the sofa too. Lack of info pack. Outside path very dangerous as uneven. A real trip hazard. Very poor outside lighting. Patio decking very slippery. BBQ unusable - filthy. Bathroom door handle very loose. Shower height adjuster comes away from the wall when moved. Cobwebs in main bedroom. Hole in the bedroom ...

Hole in the bedroom door. Lack of information pack. Bin area dreadful. The 3 general waste bins overflowing. No glass bins. The restaurant building ( closed for a long time apparently) looks shabby and outside (at the rear) being used as a glass dumping area. Positives- property warm ( once we turned all the heaters on). Big tv. Free WiFi. Good location. Property needs some general maintenance and tlc.
