From the beautiful view to the attention to detail in the property itself was stunning. The welcome pack was much appreciated, thankyou so much Julia for making it one of the best /relaxing scottish holidays we have had. Definitely be back next year.

What a fantastic property.

Definitely 5 star and one of, if not the nicest we have stayed in. New, well maintained, clean and very well equipped with everything you will need. Lots of lovely little extras that just go the extra mile to make it a great choice for a stay. Was pleasantly surprised to find it has an EV charger with reasonable charge rate that means you can use at your leisure from the comfort of the property. This wasn't on the spec for the house so was a good surprise. All in all a great place and I am sure we will be back

Bramble Cottage looked fabulous online, however it far exceeded our expectations on arrival.

5☆ is not a high enough mark to give this place and the lovely owners. The owners went above and beyond to help us out when we needed it and were exceptionally helpful. The house is beautiful and very cosy and they cater for every possible need you would have. Location is central and the area is picturesque. Definitely worth a visit.

Bramble Cottage was spotlessly clean, very well equipped for all of our needs, incredibly comfortable & cosy.

Hosts Julia and Colin were very welcoming and friendly, readily available to answer any questions or queries we had. Would highly recommend a stay at the cottage, which couldn’t be bettered!

Bramble Cottage is fitted to a very high standard, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well equipped and was an absolute pleasure to return to as a base for seeing the area.

It has a quiet, rural setting with attractive views. Julia was very helpful and extremely quick to respond when contacted for any information about the area. Having self-catered for many years, this property is one of the best we've been to. I thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely bright and very well equiped accommodation in a lovely quiet area.

Great to have outside seating areas and firepit. Good area for walking, cycling or for visiting Blairgowrie, Dunkeld and Pitlochry. Barbara

An amazing property highly recommend

Bramble Cottage was exactly as advertised.

Clean, comfortable, with everything required for a great holiday. Julia is doing such a super job in providing these facilities. If we return to the area I would not hesitate to book again.

An absolutely fantastic property.

Extremely comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Julia has thought of everything - even down to spare toiletries, cleaning products, bbq fuel as well as logs for the wood burner. And the welcome pack was fabulous including the marshmallows and toasting forks for the fire pit. Definitely a five star property.

It was a Wow as soon as we stepped into the cottage and was definitely worth the nearly 6 hour drive.

The way the owners had things set up made us feel very much at home and we will definitely be back in the future.

To say everything was perfect would be an understatement. The cottage is outstanding in location and ammenties. Our hosts were fantastic and we could not have asked for more. We have already reccommended to many people and will def return. Top class. Very very happy guests.

Amazing stay, it was absolute perfection.

The cottage was spotless, cosy and came with absolutely everything we needed. You can tell the hosts have truly thought of everything. The views were stunning and the outdoor space with the BBQ and fire pit got plenty of use. Looking forward to booking again.

We had a lovely week in Bramble Cottage, a beautiful setting and the cottage was a real home from home.

Everything you might require was provided and of excellent quality. Position of cottage was also wonderful for our dog, Cassie who had a whale of a time chasing her ball on the expansive grass area. Lots of interesting places to visit and the sun shone

We had a fantastic stay at Bramble Cottage.

The accommodation and location were outstanding, with beautiful views across the hills. The two patios allowed us to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks in the sun, creating a comfortable, bright, and clean space. We also appreciated the extra touches, such as a fire pit, BBQ, and a dog shower. The welcome pack made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you.

My family and I go up north every year and have stayed in roughly 40 lodges.

This is by far one of our favourite. From the moment we met the owners until the time we had to leave everything was perfect. Great location, great price, beautiful views, top class furniture and even a lovely gift left for us on arrival in the fridge and next to the tv. We’re already planning our stay here for next year. Thank you so much again for the great memories.

Perfect in every way.

What an amazing place,pure luxury, we felt totally spoilt with the gifts that were there on our arrival.

It's in the perfect location for visiting the Royal castles and palaces .I can't recommend this cottage highly enough....

We had a wonder five night break in Bramble cottage and everything was perfect.

The cottage was modern, clean and very well equipped. Julia and Colin were lovely and the welcome hamper a real bonus. Our Retriever Honey had a lovely time exploring the surrounding area and we were so lucky with good Spring weather. Absolutely gorgeous cottage.

Julie provides everything & lots more. Lovely welcome package . We had walks every day around the area. Visited Dunkeld & Pitlochry . Also had great weather too. Will definitely recommend this cottage .

A luxury holiday home with every need taken care of with great indoor and outdoor facilities. Colin and Julia were lovely hosts and provided a warm cottage on a late arrival and a very generous welcome pack which was enjoyed by all. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

The condition of the property was stunning and everything was catered for.

Games, chargers, dog towels, prosecco and even marshmallows for the fire pit! Very happy with our stay.

A fabulous cottage.

High quality of finish throughout and spotlessly clean. There was a great welcome pack. Lots of extras are provided above what you would expect (cotton wool pads; cotton buds; shower gel & bubble bath; phone chargers and reading glasses). Júlia is a great host who has thought of everything. We loved our week here and hope to return.

We booked Bramble cottage for my parents to come with us They are both 88 and it's a good 4hr journey from where we live I thought it was maybe a bit too far to take them as we usually limit it to 2 to 2.

5 hrs But I can honestly say it would have been worth it if it was a 6hr journey Absolutely immaculate accommodation with everything and more than you could possibly want Julia was so accommodating Nothing was too much trouble and the welcome package was so generous My Mam and Dad won't stop raving about it Definitely be going back Thank you Julia and Collin You're accommodation is on a different level x

The cottage was immaculate when we arrived and lovely and warm.

It was fitted out to a very high standard with everything you needed for a very comfortable stay including many little extras and a very nice welcome pack. Would highly recommend this cottage.

This is a lovely cottage not far from Blairgowrie, situated near Loch Marlee and Loch Clunie.

Very comfortable, exceptionally clean and equipped to a high standard. The owners have catered for your every need here. Would highly recommend a stay here to enjoy what Perthshire countryside has to offer.

Bramble Cottage provides every possible modern amenity, and is set in a stunning location.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout, and it appears that no expense has been spared on all the latest equipment. All the little extras provided made it feel like home from home. 5 stars all the way, and thoroughly recommended.

Very comfortable bungalow, high standard throughout the property, nice to have shampoo, conditioner, make up pads and tissues provided also.

If you have a bath in the delightful bathroom, careful not to knock the plug and empty the water whilst you're admiring the lovely views! Easy to find and the country roads were very quiet. Friendly owner who genuinely wanted to ensure everything ok, not just the cursory text you sometimes get.

It is very newly built, in an area the owners previously farmed and is appointed to a high level. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The owner was also extremely friendly and helpful.
