What guests are saying
It was such a special place and we really enjoyed our stay.
The hosts are so nice and welcoming and there are lots of things around that you can do during your stay.
This is a fantastic place in every way!
The location is beautiful, the hosts are so hospitable and welcoming, the tents are really comfortable and well-equipped, and the site well kept and quiet. We had a pretty perfect week relaxing on-site with our kids and exploring the local area. Emma and Nigel allowed the kids to milk cows and have a tour of the farm and were always on hand to help with any questions and to give recommendations. The pantry shop is really helpful, and they've thought of the essentials that are easy to forget (like skewers for toasting marshmallows)! We were very fortunate with the weather, and were able to enjoy lots of day trips and walks out. The local village is a quick walk across the fields, and the food at the pub is amazing - well worth an evening wander! We also loved trips to Beer, Lyme Regis and Exeter, and did one long trip up to Clovelly that was so worth it. We discovered a great little coffee shop / deli called Finn's in Colyton which is only a short drive from the site. One of the highlights was having the wood-fired hot tub which made for some amazing evenings star-gazing! We would recommend Aller Farm to anyone, and will most certainly be back again.
Perfect holiday and hosts, can't wait to return!
