A beautiful clean, well equipped accommodation with very accommodating owners.

Perfect for exploring surrounding towns & villages. Highly recommend

this was our second time that is why we rebooked, ideal for couple it is set in a property in a very quiet village with a great garden and unspoilt views over the fields, we will certainly go again, carol/mike

We had a really relaxing stay which was enhanced by the helpful and friendly owners.

The Potting Shed had all that we needed and was very quiet and peaceful. It was especially nice to be able to do some of our walks without needing to take the car at all. We hope to be back!

A very good conversation.

It is small and the kitchen facilities are limited but were fine for my purposes. It is on the same property as the owners’ house but there is sufficient room to provide privacy. It is a good location for a exploring the Somerset Levels. My main issue was the vast no of midge like insects that managed to get into the Shed even if the windows and doors were closed. Probably got in through the vents. I was staying on my own, if my wife was with me, we would have left after a few days. Apparently this is a May issue. Having said this, I would visit again.

Alex and Neil are really friendly, we loved being able to sit out in the massive garden and watch the fish in the pond, the biggest one we named submarine

We had a very comfortable, cosy and enjoyable stay at the potting shed.

The installation of the Elfin kitchen unit (which we were the first to use) was an added bonus. What a great idea. Thank you for the milk and millionaire shortbread which was an added treat.

Rural location that acted as a great base to go out and explore the local area!

Wonderful property.

Hosts were fabulas and attention to detail excellent. Great quiet location but close to all facilities that you would require. I will be staying again most definatley. Thank you just brilliant.

We have previously stopped at The potting Shed and enjoyed our stay and expect to visit again. Ample and secure parking. The property adjoining owners with private access. Access to both the property and the bathroom (handrail to be fitted) is via steps, the steps by each door are particularly high, and may be an issue with persons with mobility issues. Very pleasant location with private seating adjoining. Nearby Supermarket and local town shops, including small coffee shop. Bere nearby offers a pleasant Cider farm with food available.

A lovely room in a beautiful garden setting, made for a very peaceful couple of days away from it all.

The Potting Shed proved to be very comfortable with a nicely appointed shower room. We experienced their hospitality and they fell over themselves to make our stay memorable. We would like to think that we will be back in their Potting Shed one day !

Lovely location, immaculate presentation.

The fact that there is no kitchen should be emphasised more on the website. It is rather hidden away as an afterthought at the end of the description. Anyway two people reading it did not notice this until after booking and paying.

Immaculately clean, comfortable bed (which in my opinion is MUCH rarer in holiday lets than you would think) beautiful finishes.

Absolutely stunning garden in an idyllic part of Somerset. Very friendly hosts. Exceptional. Loved my stay at the potting shed and I hope to return and I would recommend this let its rural and peaceful but so close to so many must see places in Somerset. Perfect balance of rest and play.

Friendly owners and the Potting shed is fantastic.

It is small but very comfortable and very clean. It has TV with Netflix etc and is an ideal base for those wishing to explore the surrounding area. No kitchen but a tea/coffee making area and a microwave. If you are after a cost effective time away, this is it!

Beautiful property!

Extremely clean, comfortable, warm cosy and welcoming. Like having your own secluded cottage in beautiful surroundings. Very quiet. Seat in patio area which was lovely in the sun. Large bathroom and shower. Large comfortable bed. Although bed and sitting area in same room, there is plenty of space and the lounge area feels separate with it’s sofa and table and 2 chairs. Alex, Neal and Mollie were very warm friendly helpful and lovely. As for the millionaire shortbread: what can I say!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Thanks for letting me stay in your lovely property. Hope to see you again

Just got back from a wonderful break at The Potting Shed.

It is immaculately clean, bright and warm. I was there during some horrendous wet and windy weather and I was happy to be in my cosy little hideaway. The bed is so comfy and the bedding crisp. The owners seem to have thought of everything you might need. The grounds are gorgeous and the surrounding area very pretty. Communication was excellent and not only would I recommend anybody to go visit, I'd love to return myself. Many thanks for a lovely time.

Welcome pack on arrival. Large wardrobe with a good number of hangers. Ample parking. Pleasant location. Comfortable bed. Sufficient furniture for two. (Small table two dining chairs/settee) Microwave and kettle. A rather large coffee maker. No crockery or cutlery (2 mugs/2 glasses 2 spoons supplied) Description does say. NO KITCHEN. All electric with limited heating. More heaters can be requested. Overall a quirky stay with some novel methods for cooking/eating.

Absolutely stunning and clean place situated in perfectly kept garden surrounded buy sheep and wildlife.
