    Had an amazing time will defo be heading back, staff where fantastic and very accessible where needed If you have booked only advise we’d give any future visitors is that during the day the cooler box works well but would recommend moving your stuff up to the designated fridge in the main building and turning the cooler off so you still have battery power overnight to charge phones ect

    Hi Chris, Thank you for your positive feedback. So pleased you had a relaxing stay with us. Apologies for the glitch with the battery power during your stay. The solar panels are keeping the battery topped up but we have currently changed the cool box over to use ice packs , just to be on the safe side, while the wind turbine is being fixed! This well-presented, detached pod enjoys a quiet setting amidst the scenery of North Somerset, close to Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and the North Somerset coastline.

Lime Kiln & Dew Pond Pods

Blagdon is a friendly village and civil parish in the northern part of the Mendip Hills AONB. Boasting no less than 17 listed buildings as well as a 15th century church, it holds much interest. In terms of amenities, it offers two pubs, two convenience stores and a café. To the northeast of the village there is the Blagdon Lake where you can fish, also nearby are the Organic Gardens and a Yeo Valley dairy with a café. The Mendip Hills abounds in scenic walking and cycling country to make the most of. In the surrounding area there is certainly something to suit every taste including a traditional day at the seaside with Weston-super-Mare just 12 miles away, the striking cities of Bristol and Bath are also close by and are more than worth a look around as they display magnificent architecture as well as a vast array of first-class amenities and activities to keep you occupied during your visit.
