What guests are saying
Four of us stayed at The Shippen during the recent heat wave.
On arrival we found the living space to be smaller than it appeared in the photos, the kitchen had very little cupboard & worktop space and no freezer. The beds however, were very comfortable! The towels were fresh & soft and the outdoor space was great for the kids to play. It was clean & the decor was welcoming. Whilst a little cramped for the 4 of us, it was mostly comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The washing up essentials, tea, coffee & pint of milk on arrival were handy and a nice touch.
A great secluded comfortable cabin within easy reach of so many attractions.
The hosts Nick and Sarah couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We would love to return, you will love it too.
Lovely cabin and facilities.
Ideal for two people and good location. Hope to return next year
