The lodge is outstanding.

Every luxury has been thought of, with hot tub, our own lake rowing boat, even a massage chair. Lots of space and privacy. A very considerate and welcoming host. A really tremendous place to decompress.

We have had the pleasure of experiencing some beautiful places and i have to say this was superb.

The lodge was lovely, and Richard couldnt be any more helpful. The estate is so tranquil with a large lake leading into smaller pools which were loaded with fish. Unfortunately i couldnt fish this time, but, we will be back very soon. Lovely place overall, hot tub, beautiful grounds, beautiful lodge. Absolutley spot on :)

Upon arrival at Woody Park once passing through the private gated entrance, we arrived at what can only be described a hidden Oasis of wildlife and tranquility, with our lodge secluded on a lake with its own rowing boat.

We had a friendly welcome by Richard the owner who welcomed us with complimentary Champagne and chocolates and ensured our arrival went smoothly and answered any questions we had. Our lodge had a hot tub which was kept at temperature for our entire stay and our lodge was rustic with all you need to relax from the world outside. Our stay was peaceful and we even had a Peacock that visited daily. We will be going back again and cant say thank enough to Richard for the hospitality and creating such a secret escape!
