What guests are saying
A very compact lodge, very quiet & peaceful and very reasonably priced.
The welcome goodies were very generous & much appreciated. There were a few things we could have done with in the kitchen: a small sharp vegetable knife, a casseole dish and would really have appreciated a freezer. Also local maps and information in the lodge on local walks would have been helpful. However, on the whole a very pleasant stay
Lovely place very quiet really good fishing
Lodge was smaller than expected and needs updating.
Not at all like the description online especially on Facebook. No welcome package left except for a bottle of Prosecco. Only one towel left for the three of us but this was remedied quite promptly. We did consider looking for other accommodation or going back home but we did stick it out and spent as little time as possible there. It was quiet and peaceful and the surrounding land was lovely.
