    “Loved my stay at Poppy Lodge, Barbara was a very considerate host, providing recommendations about the local area and even gifting two batches of freshly picked apples!”

    The lodge itself was clean and well maintained, with a comfy bed and easy to use walk-in shower as well as all I needed in the kitchen for preparing and cooking my own meals. Some basic ameneties were included (milk, sugar, loo roll etc) and the fans provided helped keep the bedroom cool, as it could get a bit hot. The dining table chairs could have done with some cushions/padding, but otherwise I couldn't have been happier with the place. The location was also easy enough to find, set against a ...
