    “Not a good stay unfortunately.”

    The site itself was nice but the cleanliness was very poor. We tried to complain via Sykes but the customer service screen kept freezing. We were particularly disappointed with the hot tub as it was full of dirt and grime which looked like old dead skin so we couldn't use it. We took photos but it looks like we can't upload them here which is a shame. I won't be coming back here.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the standard of cleanliness for your tub and for the Lodge; this is an isolated incident as guests normally comment upon the high standard of cleanliness in Reef? It is a pity that you did not report your concern to Reception, as we could have sorted these issues out for you straight away. We will pass on your comments to the Owner, as they clean their own Lodge independently to all the other Holiday Accommodation we sub let, as part of our Ocean Collection. Property Owner
