“Property was bad due to flies congregating inside caused by septic tank outside the front door we lived in a rural area a wooden bungalow septic tank and never had flies like this one.”

No teapot or bread bin or easy access to cupboard storage for food. Oven and microwave difficult to use. Electric tripped when kettle and water boiler used at the same time. Dining table attached by hinges to the wall far too heavy to move we put it down and left it loosing to use of one armchair. No replacement pedal bin liners So we left early after five days of our seven day holiday. This was a recuperation break for my husband after open heart surgery unfortunately it didn't work ...

The property

Mill Cabin's tranquil woodland setting, close to the stream and with its large garden, is a perfect cosy and romantic retreat for a couple seeking peace and quiet.

Though the cabin is set down a quiet country lane, it's just a mile and a half from Haverfordwest, the county town of Pembrokeshire.

There are lots of beaches within a 20 minute drive, including Broad Haven (4.5 miles), Little Haven, Marloes, Dale and Newgale.

The 'bird islands' of Skomer and Skokholm (where you can see puffins and shearwaters in season) are nearby and well worth a day trip.

St Davids, Pembroke and Milford Haven are within a half hour drive, as well as many colourful and interesting villages and coves along the way.

Denant Mill Cottages

Both sleep two adults, with room for two children in the Mill Barn. A beautiful and peaceful setting by the stream.
