The lodge was excellent spotlessly clean and very well equipped really comfortable beds.

The owner was really helpful nothing was to much trouble for her. Lovely quiet park wouldn't say it was suitable for children, couldn't ride a bike also no footballs allowed and only two things to play on in a park.

Accommodation could’ve been cleaner, there was a strange blue dust like substance all over the shelves and cabinets in the bathroom, and packets of milk on the floor under the radiator in the twin bedroom, there was also a red substance that looked like blood on the steps and decking, a quick clean and it was all sorted.

Dishwasher didn’t work but the owner left a note explaining they were waiting for an engineer. On the whole a lovely quiet site and adequate accommodation

Louise was so helpful and accommodating when we arrived and prior to that when we couldn't get hold of anyone from Sykes.

Location by stream was perfect with 3 different seating areas enabling us to choose sun or shade. Outside furniture was brilliant. We have stayed in different lodges at Woodlands and these beds were the most comfortable. Good to have full size 3ft singles Few issues with TV channels not available ( minor problem as outside was the place to be).

The lodge was beautiful.

It would be if it from the bar being open. Other than that we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

The accomodation was trully lufly.

From the moment we entered the property to the time we left we thouroghly enjoyed our stay. We will be recommending this property to our family and friends because it is in such a lovely besutiful quiet place and so cionvenient.

We had a great short break stay at No 34 The Beaumont, ideally placed in a quiet woodland area and a short drive away from the centre of New Quay.

The Lodge is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable and extremely well equipped for a perfect stay. The retreat is very dog friendly, peaceful, all we could hear were the woodpeckers in the trees, it was wonderful. There is a pub within walking distance and you can also walk to a beach. We will definitely arrange another stay here again, it's great.

I loved the whole set up. The decor and colour themes are very modern. The beds are extremely comfortable with plenty of bedding. We had plenty of rain, but we were happy to stay in our paradise. Gorgeous place to be. Nice and warm and cosy. Thoroughly recommend this lodge.

All bedding,towels,kitchen equipment etc is of high quality. Woodlands is a lovely park. Convenient location to visit attractions,but also a nice place to sit,relax and just recharge.
