Heritage Park

The accommodation was fine but the holiday park was not for us it was more like a retirement park I like taking a walk at night just before I go to bed and walking through the park was like taking a walk in a cemetery.

but the main problem was there was no amenities on the site to go to a shop you have an hour round trip in a car.or a 25min walk to the nearest pub.

The lodge at heritage Park is very good value you get everything you need and is very well positioned for getting around to places like saundersfoot and Tenby I had a very good week

Overall the accommodation is comfortable with good sized rooms.

The sofa and chairs are comfortable and the addition of a dining table that seats 4 comfortably is a bonus. Having rented the same place previously we found the cleanliness of a lower standard than before windows not clean, cooker hob had marks that we were able to remove, lampshades dusty. Unfortunately kitchen knives were not sharp making it difficult to prepare meals. Otherwise there was a good selection of utensils for cooking. Shower was powerful and hot but you had to turn the dial fully round to get it hot which was not immediately obvious as it looks like you are turning it to the cold setting. Outside seating and decking is a great addition and we made use of it outside of the rain. Some instructions on operating the TV would be useful. The site is very quiet and relaxing. Great location for exploring Pembrokeshire. Overall we had a good stay and the few issues we had are easy fixes and were not worthy of troubling our contact during the stay but are worth remedying for future guests.

Heritage Park lodge 23 was great value, otherwise we couldn't afford a holiday.

The area was outstanding. It was a home from home...the only thing was the lodge did get rather warm in the hot weather...it could benefit from blackout or reflective linings on the curtains to help repeal heat. All the facilities were excellent and great fridge freezer! Steve was great too when we had issues with the tv and freestat signal.

This is a great place to stay, very peaceful and not too far away from beaches and the lovely village of Saundersfoot.

The accommodation is more than adequate, although is showing signs of age in some places. The owner had very kindly left a complimentary "goody box" of biscuits etc. We would certainly consider staying again.

This was a late booking for us.

We had spent a few hours trawling the Internet for accommodation in the UK before coming across this one. We thought about, booked and on arrival were over the moon, just what we wanted. Plus there were complimentary snacks waiting for us.

A cosy cabin in a beautiful clean, tidy, attractive site.

Near to many attractions such as Tenby, Saundersfoot, Manobier and Pendine. Unfortunately we had three days of almost constant electrical drilling, sawing, planing, etc while work was being done on an adjacent chalet. Not the owners of this chalets fault of course, but it wasn't pleasant. Apart from that we had a really lovely holiday.

Idyllic setting, well maintained site and we had wonderful weather .

Agreed location for families set in a tranquil valley and woodland the cabin is well equipped and comfortable residents on the site are friendly there is a footpath to the beach that takes around 15 mins with nice views surroundings we would book again our break was relaxing and enjoyable stay Thank you The Wilsons

Immaculate well equipped Lovely peaceful and relaxing location Groups well maintained Would definitely recommend this property great for a long or short stay

A warm, comfortable cabin, plenty of hot water, very clean- on a nice site.

Lots to see in the area- we really enjoyed our stay, thank you

The property was all that we expected- very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Unfortunately, both myself and my husband had a nasty cold whilst away but the accommodation couldn’t have been better as we were able to stay in and enjoy the cosy ambience. The site is close to lots of lovely beaches and attractions. We enjoyed visiting Tenby, Picton Castle and Angle. Would definitely use again

We had a great week at lodge 23.

It was fully equipped, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Many thanks to Steve the caretaker who was good enough to turn out on a Saturday evening to help us. Great service. We plan to book the lodge again.

the lodge was set in a beautiful site, which was immaculately maintained by the staff at heritage park.

The location was perfect for exploring the local area, close to wisemans bridge and close to amenities at kilgetty. The lodge was lovely and clean on arrival with good facilities and everything you could need. We all had a lovely week with good weather. Only a minor issue that the cupboards in the kitchen had loose hinges, something im sure that can be easily resolved. It would have been nice to see a picture of the bathroom on the website

Wonderful lodge in a peaceful, idyllic location.

Heritage Park is a perfect base for attractions in Saundersfoot and Tenby. Lovely walk into Wiseman's Bridge. The lodge itself is well-main and well-equipped. It was clean with modern decor and furnishings. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely returning.

Clean and tidy, suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

No instructions on how things worked never used a gas cooker, TV worked but remote for Freesat wouldn't work , site very quiet and nice and close to places which was good. Another property had sewage problems and the smell was awful at times, lorry there several days understand these things happen, Steve was very kind and helpful

Fabulous cosy accommodation.

Very peaceful location. Short drive to the local coop supermarket and chippy. Beds comfortable, washing machine great, lovely little welcome hamper on arrival. Couple of windows would not open but Steve is aware and provided us with a fan. Lots of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. As 3 older ladies we had a truly lovely holiday and hope to return soon.

Lovely place well placed for Tenby and Saundersfoot, every thing you need is avaiable would recommed.

Excellent

We had a lovely time in this clean and cosy lodge.

Well equipped. Local large co-op and super chippie. Will be back next year to discover a few more places. Thank you for the little goodie hamper.

The lodge had everything we needed.

It was clean and comfy. Slight disappointed I must admit it was possibly one of the oldest on the site.

Lovely well kept lodge on a pleasant site, nice extra touches appreciated, would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone considering a great base to explore Pembrokeshire!

!

Perfect.

What you see, is what you get! Driving directions could have an update.

The inside of the lodge was very clean and comfortable apart from having to clean the cutlery tray ,outside was disappointing the veranda was all cobwebs as were the garden chairs ,I was going to do some washing but upon looking inside the detergent drawer it was all black mould so that was instantly off putting plus were it was housed was a disgrace, the property certainly wasn’t value for money .

The property is on a lovely landscaped park which was very quiet but is conveniently situated for easy access to Kilgetty, Saundersfoot and Tenby.

The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. We did have a problem with the top oven as it would not stay alight however the grill and main oven both lit easily. The wrap around terrace was great as there was always somewhere nice and shady to sit. The welcome pack was a nice gesture.

Lodge was very good.

Well equipped, comfortable,

Very comfy, wonderful site, steve very helpful, would recommend to anyone

A lovely, comfy, clean and well equipped lodge on a park that was quiet and tranquil and in beautiful countryside.

Would recommend it to friends and family looking for same qualities.

The lodge was lovely and cosy with a nice welcome pack.

Good contact from Steve who messaged us to say the lodge was ready early and we could have it immediately however we had called into Aberfan to see the memorial when he texted. If I had any criticisms it would be the TV Sky channels. If I had Sky at home (unfortunately I have Virgin) I would have brought my viewing card because there was no way to watch any Sky channels at the lodge which was disappointing. Choosing a Sky Channel and always being asked to "Insert Your Viewing Card" becomes annoying after a while! WiFi worked well so we could use our laptop ok and our phones. We had an invasion of ants in the kitchen area so Steve brought some ant powder and applied it behind the cooker. There were still some around when we left! Speaking of cookers, the oven has a fault inasmuch as it keeps clicking the igniter when in use so if cooking a dish, it's going click click click all the time! Other that what I have stated we had a very good time overall and would consider a return trip

Lovely place to stay.

Peaceful and very clean site .beautiful surroundings. Would recommend to everyone
