Firstly your description of the property is wrong.

the park is Cherrytree and not beechtree, There’s no tv in the master bedroom, no decking to the front or decking chairs and the kitchen is not well equipped. Main door sticks badly, top oven door is broken, no vacuum cleaner, only three plates and bowls, so no good for a family of four, no bin bags, kitchen sink mixer tap is very loose, main outside bins overflowing with mixed rubbish which meant the bin men refused to take it away, there was no information pack which probably explains previous guests putting the wrong items in the bins, two new decking chairs delivered to property on the Thursday which was almost at the end of our stay and you’re not allowed to exercise your dog on site. There was a post it note on the kitchen cupboard with a name and contact number, I texted a message with my concerns but received no response.

Caravan was amazing, very clean.

From the start of our booking to the last day we were kept informed about everything and we were even upgraded due to a problem with the caravan we booked. The site was very quiet and well kept and when we ran out of gas it was replaced within 10 mins. This was caravan was exactly what I needed in the right place while I dealt with the sudden death of my son. Would definitely book again.

We have just had a lovely break away in the Ash caravan.

We go to Scotland every year from the midlands and we loved what this small park had to offer. It was local to amenities and wonderful to finding places to take our dog. The caravan was fresh and clean. No mess outside the caravan and we had a block paved parking space. We did bring our own cutlery and pan just incase they wasn't included- but all cooking equipment and plates etc was there to use. I would also like to add that the park have a rule where dogs aren't to be exercised around the park. This was a FANTASTIC idea! The park was clean and well maintained and really helped with our dog due to him being reactive- though a well behaved boy- because not once was he stressing about dogs walking past! I highly recommend this park to anyone who is coming up to explore. Edinburgh is a 40 min train journey away from Larbert train station too. Thank you for having us and hopefully see the park again soon.

The caravan was to an high standard in an ideal location and very quiet, would like to see a few more items in the van.

Ie some wine glasses, mixing bowls and measuring jug. Spoke to Elaine about a small issue and she rectified it straight away. She was so lovely to talk to, if in the area again would definitely stop again Alan Jewitt

The caravan was very basic and lacked a lot of kitchen equipment (we had to buy some things ourselves when we were there as they were not provided eg.

Oven tray, tin foil, scissors etc). Also there was no oven gloves!! The bed was comfy but was very rickety as it looked like it was a camp bed. Every time either me or my partner moved, the whole bed would go very bouncy. There was a "For Sale" sign in the window of the caravan, so we got the impression that the owner wanted to make it as basic as possible so it would be sold quicker. On the sykes cottage description it said that there was WIFI and 2 x smart tv (one in bedroom and one in lounge) in the property. These were non-existent with only 1 tv in the lounge which was not smart and only bbc1 worked due to intermittent signal issues on the rest of the other channels. Not set up as smart tv too. We had to stay on 4G on our phones the whole trip as there was no WIFI, which ate into our data limits! It would have been a good idea to have a welcome booklet with all the info in about how to work everything in the caravan, it would have made it easier at the beginning of our trip! The area was ok, bit run down but easy to get to the nearest supermarket in camelon and the nearest train station. Overall it was a ok stay for a few days away on scotland but we won't be returning.

Wifi advertised but not available.

Both toilets not properly cleaned. Outside refuse bin full to overflowing. Maintenance not quite up to scratch. Contact details were either wrong or contact was ignored. At almost £800 for a weekend - that’s not good enough. A nice enough place but poorly managed.

Lovely and clean.

Shower head was leaking maybe need a new washer. No seats to sit outside. No where to hang or dry towels. Our son is at Stirling university so Ideal location to spend time with him .Really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

We were given a different caravan due to there being an issue with the original.

Assuming it wasn't set up properly as had no pots/pans, little dishes, no tv etc. No key box, which was remedied promptly. As was delivery of pans, tv etc once we contacted owner. Can't fault the owner in trying to remedy all the faults we had but is just wasn't a great start at all. Fire alarm was out of battery so beeped our whole stay. Somewhat disappointing but served our needs for a few nights away.

A lovely wee caravan set in a very quiet residential park, ideal for using as a base for the local safari park and visiting falkirk and Stirlingshire.

Upon arrival there was confusion as this caravan is listed as a different number on the website but the name Ash set that to rights. If you have a large car you will find it tight to get parked on your space at the caravan and some of the speed bumps around are quite high. There is no WiFi even though its advertised so be prepared to use your hotspot if you are taking children however we were that busy it wasn't an issue. There were clean sheets but I had to clean the shower and there was still handprints on the fridge so it needed a quick wipe down. Otherwise a lovely comfortable caravan.

Lovely property.

All amenities one would expect apart from Wi-Fi. Lovely comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.
