I hoped for a better experience but sadly we had issues with the property.

The surrounding area was okay but the cabin (trailer) had some issues. When we arrived, the key was already in the door which was odd but not terrible. Only when we went to check out, did I realize why. The lock box would not open so we left the key in the door like before. The kitchen was missing a couple items so we purchased them ourselves (sponge and all purpose cleaner). The heat would not come on any of the base boards although the hot water was good. The cabin was clean but a bit dated (not the worst thing). Sadly that includes the gas stove which I was not comfortable using the oven on. This did not allow us to use the place in the manor we hoped to help save money by making dinners. Also the refrigerator kept freezing all the food we bought; even with it on the lowest setting. We were supplied only two towels for the stay and there old clothes in one of the closets. Sadly the mattress was older and uncomfortable. On a minor note, the tv in the bedroom deemed to have fallen off the wall because we found it in the closet with the wall mount attached. If there certain ways to use these things, i wish they were in the welcome book. I do feel that this could be a good property if the small issues are addressed and they include WiFi so we could email them with any concerns. I hate leaving a poor review but I need to be honest.

I gave a very unhappy review.

We had to end our vacation (holliday) a week early, due to unforseen circumstances. We booked though Vrbo, and canceled through them. They notified the owners. We were not compensated any of our money, we lost it all. So we were very, very disappointed. We had to change our fight back to the U.S. (we had round trip fights), but to leave early, it cost us an additional $700 to fly back home. So being compensated some of our money would have been nice. We never heard anything from them. Not I'm sorry, nothing.
