Lovely place - home from home and well furnished.

The terrace was beautiful for the morning sunshine. Wish we had booked longer than 3 nights. The parks facilities are excellent too.

Lovely clean caravan with lots to do on sight if you don’t want to venture out.

A little notice to let people know they need to get passes for the pool would be appreciated. The site restaurant had a good selection on the menu and was very reasonably priced. Everyone was super friendly both on site and when we ventured further.

It was very well equipped, clean and modern with a lot of small extras not normally included .

Comfortable beds.. The wifi was a much appreciated bonus and worked very well. An enclosed dog walk on site would have been good as there was nowhere to let them off the lead. Other than that, everything was absolutely fine.

Lovely caravan break

Everything was clean and tidy and well equipped the only small thing was the sofa vary uncomfortable for older peaple.

Absolutely lovely caravan in immaculate condition; we’ve stayed in many and can honestly say we didn’t find anything we would consider ‘below par’.

Naturally, caravans are compact so with 2 adults, 3 teenagers and a baby, it wasn’t ‘super spacious’ in the bedrooms, though the lounge/kitchen was great, but that isn’t a complaint or criticism, just not the place if you want to tie your shoe laces in the bedroom. Genuinely very, very happy and impressed with the accommodation and thank you to the owner!!!

Really lovely and clean property with everything you’d need.

Very modern and looks new. Great communication with the owner. My mother left some earrings behind and the owner went above and beyond to get them back to us safely. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks so much.

An excellent, cosy and immaculate home from home with all the comforts and conveniences one could hope for.

The caravan has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There were even some puzzles and games which was handy as the Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss (it was stormy weather when we went so that might be why). The shops are literally a 5 minute walk and the beach took just under 30 minutes to walk to but there’s plenty of parking if you drive. The main double bed was really comfy and the shower was spacious and powerful. The caravan was warm and cosy with plenty of space for 4 adults and a dog across 3 bedrooms. It’s not in immaculate condition but is clean, comfortable and value for money. We would stay again.

We really had an amazing time, close to amenities, indoor pool was a hit.

Whilst clean it was very basic.

Bedrooms were very tight in one of the doubles you could only get in one side of the bed as the other was against the wall. Bed linen crumpled, not ironed. Shower entrance also very tight to get into shower. Television kept going off due to the Wi-Fi dropping in and out. An information book would be useful with instructions and local information regarding hospitals in case of emergencies, local attractions etc and more information on the park’s activities.

Great location, everything you need supplied, all you need for a week away

The one thing we would have liked was an information pack for the accommodation and things to do in the surrounding area.

Excellent value for money and a surprise to see it so well equipped.

WiFi and the Freely TV were well used in the evening and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was lovely and clean too. The shower had good pressure and temperature but there was a damp smell that needs airing in the shower room. For just the 2 of us there was more than enough room. The Riverside Caravan site is located alongside a large retail park with most major shops and supermarkets. Onsite facilities include a swimming pool with inside and outside pools, although we didn't get a chance to use them. We couldn't find a book with guest information. We could have called the owners if we had any major questions, but we worked out what we needed to do.

No recycling facilities.

No bin in bathrooms. No welcome pack with details of site or local attractions, doctors etc. This was a lovely caravan but could be better if the above issues were addressed.

Had a great time, caravan was great very comfortable, only one downside was the oven didn't work, apart from that we would stay there again,

We had a lovely stay at HW42.

It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our short break. Kieron, the host, was welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Location-wise, it was good, with plenty of amenities, supermarkets, take-aways, etc. in walking distance. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-managed place to stay.

Our 4 night break was great for our family.

The home had everything we needed plus super comfy beds. The site is very nice. Really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, which you have to pay extra for. Loads of eating places in walking distance and beach is a 10 minute drive.

Kieron is a very thoughtful & considerate owner.

He checked in with us the day of our arrival to make sure everything was ok. He was very quick to respond to a potential slight issue with the gate on the decking. He visited the next day & fitted a solution with minimal disruption. He also brought us 2 fans which were a life saver in the high temperatures. We couldn't have asked for a better or more responsive owner. He even messaged to offer a late checkout and checked in with us after our departure. He really went the extra mile for us.

It was our first time ever at caravan.

All equitment was very usefull and need it. Sofas and bed very comftorable. Did not have access to internet. We had stayed just 3 nights because it was little bit expensive for us but compering to other places same prizes and did not have to drive to long. All shop in very short distance, beach little bit to far to walk but having this garden furniture benefit to have a meal out side. Posibility to be able to take dogs was bonas for us. Would recommened and will came back if possible.

WOW! Caravan superb. Spotlessly clean. Every utensil you would ever need. Large family fridge/freezer. Microwave, Air Fryer. Board Games Galore. Towels & bedding provided. Large walk in shower. Owner should be very proud of this van. Everything the hirer could wish for. Plus comfortable beds.
