Just back from 6 nights at 7 Wild Haven.

Really well presented and cosy. Excellent facilities Site is very special and convenient for the New Forest. A great break!

11/10 for this lodge - best one we have ever stayed in.

Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again next time we come to New Forest. Great location for New Forest and lovely holiday park.

Great park if you don’t mind the traffic speeding past your accommodation.

5 mph speed limit was rarely adhered to, vans and cars serving the restaurant mainly.

What a lovely place this is.

Location of the site, was on the northern edge of the new forest, but really handy to get to wherever we wanted. Some lovely walks and restaurants/pubs nearby (all we visited were dog friendly and some very smart like the Rockingham Arms 5 mins drive away). Places I would recommend (particularly on wet days - which we had plenty of): - Godshill (nr Woodgreen, turn right at the fighting cocks pub/restaurant - not recommended), over a dry ford and up a short hill and the carpark is on the right. Nice dry walk over moors or through a woodland accessible via a gate from the car park. - Ornamental Drive, lots of car parks along this road which give access to long gravel tracks through the woodland. You can walk as far as you want along dry tracks even in very wet conditions. - Horse and Groom at Woodgreen. a lovely small old pub with a large beer garden with a covered patio area to keep you dry in the rain (which it did). Food is really nice and home cooked and they have a large selection of really tasty local beers (quiz night on a Tuesday). If you want a table, you really need to book in advance, probably any night, as it has always been busy when we have been. - Rockingham Arms (5mins drive) food was really nice and very reasonably priced. Facilities inside the home were really good, fresh clean towels and bathrobes, selection of books to read, nice sized modern TV with lots of features, comprehensive welcome pack and patio furniture on the decking, accessed through patio doors at the front with cushions if the weather is kind to you (we only managed to use it once). Oh and the scented diffuser they use smelled lovely - the inside smelled lovely every time we walked in, we have ordered some for our own home from the makers in Lynmouth. There is parking for an extra car opposite the van.There is a play area 50m away for youngsters and a cafe/restaurant next to it - we did not use either. Location of the home on site, excellent. A short walk to the left (towards the entrance) was a nice woodland walk for the dog. Likewise to the right a similar woodland walk, (but this had a small hidden garden for youngsters). A little longer walk to the right was a small fishing lake with a path around the outside which led to a gate into the new forest where there were ponies, horses and cattle - all friendly as they all let me walk past with my (calm) retriever on lead. A comment to the owner, it would have been nice to walk further, but the bridge over the brook was missing a section which meant my dog would have had to paddle in muddy water (it was fine for me as I could just stride over, but cos of all the rain there was lots of water in the brook but my dog would not jump the gap). V minor issue for me but would be nice if someone from the site added a small section to the bridge. I feel you would be hard pressed to find a nicer, spotlessly clean and reasonably priced place anywhere. Cannot praise the owners enough for presenting such a lovely place.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped lodge.

Ideally situated for exploring the New Forest and surrounding area.

What a fabulous find!

On arrival the accommodation was perfect. We had been told by the owners about the shower in the bathroom not working as it was being repaired, but this didn't matter as the En-suite shower was fine. Everything was there and as other people have mentioned it was "Home from Home". Unfortunately the boiler played up a little in the mornings but as we were out all day, this wasn't an issue. The location of the play park and restaurant was perfect....even the huge servings in the restaurant were really great prices for the whole family! The owners recommended a local riding stables (Charlotte Springall Equestrian Services) for our 6 and 2 year old who wanted to go riding. This was an excellent stable, Charlotte and her team could not have been more welcoming and both girls had a wonderful and safe time here. The stables were only a 5 minute drive from the site. The location in the Forest was perfect for us as we visited Beaulieu, Buckler's Hard and Exbury Gardens - with lots of excellent walks nearby too!

It was like walking into a new home, everything clean and tidy and welcoming.

The location is perfect, nice bar and food on site. Nothing to improve.

The lodge was spotless and very spacious.

The park was extremely well maintained and laid out very well. The facilities inside and out were of a high standard., also with 2 dogs to walk it was lovely around the site and access straight onto a beautiful common. The dedicated dog field was a real bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The accommodation was perfect.

The people who look after the lodge were absolutely lovely, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

We had THE most amazing time at 7 Wild Haven, a complete luxurious home from home with everything you could possibly need and more, perfectly situated for exploring the new forest and surrounding areas, the site was so peaceful (out of season) and beautifully tended.

Michelle gave us clear instructions about all we needed to know making us feel very welcome. The only down side was that we had to leave..... So again a huge thank you and a highly recommended 5 stars from us.

7 Wild Haven, you little beauty.

This lodge is a hidden gem. It exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need for a cosy week away or just a few nights away. Everything has been carefully thought out, lush towels, bathrobes, bedding. A kitchen that was perfectly equipped with its pots & pans, utensils, crockery, washing machine & dishwasher etc. The living room was cosy. A nice spot to curl up with your book after a stroll through the forest. Our dogs were made to feel welcome too, with a secure veranda with a gate. They had fun watching the squirrels from here & I had peace of mind knowing they were safe and couldn’t escape! Especially when there was deer just behind the lodge!! The owners take pride in their holiday home and this certainly reflects throughout the lodge especially with the cleanliness, it’s top notch! The park itself is clean and tidy & the staff very friendly & cheerful. We enjoyed our stay immensely, so we have book again for next year. For us it was just perfect, happy humans & happy dogs. Thank you 7 Wild Haven for making our week away a fabulous one in many ways!!

This is the first time we've hired a luxury lodge and 7 Wild Haven exceeded our expectations.

It was spacious comfortable with every thing we neede. We would highly recomend 7 Wild Haven.

My partner and I recently had a fantastic stay at Wild Haven and we can't recommend it enough.

It truly felt like a home from home, offering all the comforts we could wish for. The specification of the lodge was excellent, with modern amenities and thoughtful design throughout. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making sure guests had everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a cozy living area. One of the highlights of our trip was how welcome our dogs were made to feel. The lodge was perfectly set up for pets, and it was a comfort knowing they were safe and happy. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, with plenty of lovely walks just outside the door, which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. Furthermore, the location is perfect for visiting local attractions. We found it incredibly easy to get to all the places we wanted to explore, making our days out seamless and stress-free. We would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a well-appointed and conveniently located getaway.

We booked this accommodation awhile back, on arrival we were not disappointed.

Accommodation and location were excellent for our needs. Our dog also loved the cabin. Safe to let out with wrap around fence and plenty of walking areas for her. Although we didn't have children, there is a large children's play area just opposite. Drinking, eating amenities, small shop, and lots of activities for them to participate in. The whole site is very clean, and staff very friendly and helpful.

An amazing stay.

From comfy sofas, lovely beds, spotlessly clean and so many little extras. The site is immaculate with plenty of room at the side and in front of the accommodation. Beautiful walks on the doorstep. Would thoroughly recommend the site and 7 Wild Haven.

The lodge was great, comfortable, clean and well equipped.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. There was a fantastic amount of storage and shelving in the bedrooms. The location on the park enabled us to get to the shop and restaurant easily. The park itself was the cleanest we have ever been on. No litter friendly staff and beautiful countryside right on the doorstep.

Beautiful holiday home, every thing you need for home from home comforts.

We always take basics with us , tea coffee etc and I would say this was the only thing missing if you arrive unprepared , although there is a little shop on site. Such a peaceful site ( this was our 3rd trip) and we love how clean and eco friendly it is. You really feel you are in the heart of the New Forest, and we saw rabbits and deer this time, as well as pigs as it’s panage season. We loved our 4 night break!

We had a lovely time even though it was only a short break thus time.

Would highly recomend this accomodation and hope to come back next year.

One of those rare times that a holiday home is even better than it appears on the listing!

A really spacious, beautifully appointed lodge. It was great to have enough toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc, for the week (so there was no need to go shopping). The site was also the best we’ve stayed on! Having a good restaurant on site was great after a long day exploring (but there were also lots of quality eateries locally on the evenings we went out). Staff on site were lovely and incredibly helpful and the shop had lots of local produce. A perfect site to visit with children: a fantastic playground for children (aged 3-12), a splash pad, trampolines, a fire pit to toast marsh mallows and a safari tent activities and films for children/families each evening. However, it was a really quiet, safe site as the lodges were well spaced out around the woodland (we even met a few deer)! It was without doubt the best lodge/park we’ve stayed in and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. (The only minor thing that could have improved it for us is having an ‘emergency supply/starter pack’ of tea/coffee, sugar, milk, as we arrived so late that the shop was closed.)

The lodge itself is lovely.

New and in very good condition. Owners clearly care. But it's the park itself which is unlike anywhere I've stayed before. There's a good kids park, trampolines and splash pad right over the road. The gardens are stunning and it's such a quiet civilised area. Highly recommended.

The location is just perfect and it was like home from home.

It is really a fantastic place for comfort and relaxing ، Quiet, very clean, good and helpful staff and easy to find and easy to come and out from the resort , I am thinking to come again with my family my next holiday

The accommodation is very comfortable, pillows particularly are so good.

Great shower with plenty of pressure. Plenty of lounge seating and outdoor furniture. A great place to walk straight onto the New Forest national park from. Short walk to pub in Nomansland. There is an onsite store but we didn’t use it. My only suggestion would be some wooden spoons (made scrambled eggs one morning and not easy to stir with large plastic ladle type spoon) and some tea and coffee for guests. I would recommend this place though and be happy to come back.

We had an absolutely amazing time - the property was superb and the site immaculate.

We loved all the little extras in the property, the owners had really thought about their guest’s stay. The home itself was in an ideal location for us as we could see the kids at the park but it was equally quite quiet especially considering it was half term. Would highly recommend! I can’t say enough good things about this property or the site itself.

This was our 3rd stay at this property, as always it was immaculate and very well presented.

Very comfortable beds and the kitchen still looks brand new !!. This is a great place to be able to relax and enjoy the nearby countryside and activities, or go out and discover the surrounding areas from coastline to forest walks. Already looking for dates for our next stay here. One minor comment - we couldn't find any cushions for the outdoor two seater so we could only use the two chairs with the cushions provided.

Thank you for sharing your special place with us. The high standard of cleanliness deserves 10 stars. Beds were very comfortable and the lovely quality bedding was appreciated by all. A very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Very disappointed with the building work being carried out on the site .

We had a message before we left but that did not give us a chance to change our plans . We booked a week and had noise from 8.30am until 5.30 and when I say noise it was that loud even with noise counselling earphones the noise spoilt out time sitting outside . I would never have booked to go there if I had know , we went away for peace and quite . We have complained but still waiting for a reply . The property itself was very nice and comfortable.

The accommodation was so clean and comfortable. Superb setting. Very happy to recommend to others.

The lodge is clean, comfortable, well equipped and roomy with just the two of us staying.

We enjoyed exploring the area and the bike storage was useful. There are no onsite facilities or offerings out of season in February apart from the reception shop, we thought the cafe might have been open during the half term week, but it wasn't a problem to us. The extensive construction work in the centre of the site at present does have quite an impact both visually and especially with daily machinery noise, we were happy to go out most days but think it would be right to pre- warn your customers about it while it continues.

What a wondaful place this is, it is a real home from home.

My wife and I have stayed here a few times now and it has everything you need. the place is clean modern and everything works. The lodge itself is first class and you feel like the owners care about your stay. beds are comfy, great wi-fi / TV etc, kitchen has everything you need, we have done full Sunday lunches in there! The setting is wonderful with lots of walks and places to go (2 pubs are only a short walk away, we like The Lamb Inn). We look forward to having some time here this summer. if you want to get away from it all, you cannot beat it. Get booked and ENJOY! Guy and Zoe.

Just back from a 5 night stay and couldn't be happier, accommodation was spotless and comfortable, convenient little touches like hand-wash, bathrobes, condiments, books etc was great and a full rundown of the park and local area in the welcome book was really handy.

Minor issue in the accommodation was acknowledged and resolved very quickly, would highly recommend and would definitely like to come back and stay again!

We had a lovely quite and relaxed stay, just what we needed.

The cottage was clean, well catered for every need and fault free. The park is perfect for getting away and relaxing and the team are very helpful and friendly. Can't think off anything negative about the cottage and park.

My wife and I came a few months ago to a beautifully maintained and exceptionally well managed lodge.

Alan and Michelle the owners bent over backwards to accommodate our personal needs, so much that we rebooked again for September. It was like we hadn’t left clean immaculate and welcoming. The main bedroom was absolutely bliss, gorgeous bed with en-suite bathroom and a very powerful duel headed shower. Absolutely bliss. And to top it all a duplicate bathroom for the guests. We have two clean but noisy shih tzu’s which attracted attention but Alan and Michelle asked us to manage them better and to enjoy our break non the less. I’m hoping to use the lodge again after the loss of my dear wife…Hopefully into the new year. My final grade for the lodge is 10/10 marvellous well manicured surroundings very accommodating staff at the on site booking office and a partially stocked shop. Very close to the The New Forest and close by very well equipped convenience store. The Red Rover Public house is very close and do a perfect Lamb shank meal where dogs are welcome. Congratulations to Alan and Michelle for an exceptionally welcoming holiday…

A very clean, beautifully furnished Lodge.

Comfortable, welcoming and well equipped. We had almost a week of rain so it was a delight to be in such cosy, peaceful surroundings. Would love to go back and hopefully have better weather to enjoy the lovely area. We would certainly recommend this ‘home from home’ property.

Second stay at this property, it was (once again) very clean and extremely well presented.

The location is fantastic, peaceful and relaxing. It also makes an excellent base for exploring the New forest, visiting the beach or doing some retail therapy at Gunwharf in Portsmouth.

Had a lovely stay at Wildhaven had everything we needed and very peaceful.

Facilities and staff all amazing. Kids loved it and made friends which for me was fantastic. Thank you would love to return to the lovely site and caravan

Luxurious 4 nights in the New Forest.

We were looking for a 4 night break close to home, and I can honestly say as soon as we turned down to the entrance of Green Hill Farm, we felt we had definitely picked the right holiday location. 7 Wild Haven was absolutely lovely and our whole stay was outstanding. The lodge is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need. Have to recommend the Ember restaurant for the lovely Pizzas and basket meals. The Lamb Inn in Nomansland also serves amazing food and is only a mile away from the holiday accommodation. The real gem for us was having doorstep access straight into the New Forest, so we could have lovely walks with our dog and picnics. All in all a great holiday and we’d love to return again.

A beautiful setting. Well maintained and quiet holiday park. The accommodation was great. Everything you could need and so clean too. Will definitely be returning again as there’s so much more to explore.

We have stayed at this site several times before, although there is some building work going on at the present time this in no way interfered with our stay and it is a great base for exploring the area and also provides activities during the day should you wish to join in (ask at reception).

This was our first time staying in this property, we are not pet owners so we were a little nervous in case of any lingering pet smells etc. - we needn't have been concerned as the property was immaculate, exceptionally clean and very well presented. We had a great weeks stay and look forward to booking this property again in the future. Highly Recommended !

We had a lovely relaxing break here.

Very well situated for the forest, comfortable, spacious and spotless lodge. There is some construction going on on the site, but we were not bothered or disturbed by this. Dog enjoyed the dog field, not so much the dog wash! but great facility to have to wash your muddy dog down before going back to your accommodation.

Personally in a dog friendly English countryside location I would not have carpet in the lounge .

.. it rains here a lot even during the summer months and the carpet is right next to the patio windows ... I would have flooring thats much more durable and easier for guests to clean ... otherwise it's sheer perfection... thank you for a wonderful stay

Smashing holiday chalet and a great location to explore the New Forest.

Beautiful lodge on a lovely site.

Potential holiday makers should be aware that there is still a lot of construction going on around the site. It didn't make any difference to us, but it may bother some. Lodge was well laid out, very well equipped and clean. Beds were very comfortable. the park will be beautiful when finished. There was easy access from the site onto the New Forrest where you can walk amongst cows, horses and pigs within a minute of leaving the site. The New Forrest was very waterlogged due to recent continuous rain, so take appropriate footwear and gaters. Only 30 mins to Salisbury and the same into Southampton, it was peaceful but had easy access to all the usual big town facilities and shops.

This holiday home was amazing.

Our group needed a relaxing break and we enjoyed our time there. We walked, listening to the birds, enjoying the surroundings and chilled out. We left feeling ready to face the world again. Thank you.

A wonderful property!

So cosy, yet spacious. Warm and comfortable. Great WiFi and smart TVs. Awesome playground for the kids and lovely location, watching sunrise over the hill!

Property and accommodation was excellent and we would book again.

Lovely Lodge and we felt really comfortable.

The layout was well thought out and we really enjoyed our stay. The decking area was very nice but not used due to the time of year but due to the construction being plastic it was extremely slippery when the temperature was near freezing.

Just home from an amazing 4 days at 7 Wild Haven.

The lodge is near to new, and kept very clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The park it self is very well kept and cared for . Very peaceful and relaxing few days. Check in and out very efficient. Will definitely be staying again in the near future .

Pristine site and nice location with New Forest walks, great pubs and within a short drive of lovely beaches.

The chalet is in beautiful show-home condition but the instruction was to leave it as we found it which meant we couldn't relax or feel comfortable being there - we had a child and dogs so we were on the constant look out for potential mishaps.

There are strict rules to abide by listed in the chalet and a reminder email the day before departure about the housework we needed to do. Viakal left under the sink, plenty of sponges but no hoover so we were on our hands and knees with dustpan & brush - asking patrons who have paid for a holiday to leave to site as if they've never been there negates the concept of it being a holiday- I can clean for free at home. Thursday was site maintance day with lawn mower, strimmer and leaf blower parading back and forth with diesel fumes pervading the air was another disappointment. The location itself is really lovely and staff at Reception super friendly; it would be a perfect holiday without the passive aggressive nature of the owner's requirements; they seem too precious about the property rent it out.
