Really well appointed, every thing you could need. We so enjoyed the peace and quiet. A lovely welcome pack on arrival. Excellent communication with the owner Arwel, who was very friendly. We have already booked to come back

Good directions given made it easy to find. The location is ideal for explring the island. There was a really nice welcome pack ,much appreciated. The lodge was very clean and well furnished, making our stay very comfortable. . Good quality equipment throughout. We look forward to returning in the future

Communication with the owners before our stay was excellent.

They could not do more to help and even sourced a high chair for our toddler. On arrival to the lodge the owners were very welcoming and helpful providing suggestions of places to visit during our stay.we were provided with a brilliant welcome pack, the lodge has excellent cleanliness and is very well equipped , everything is provided for a thoroughly enjoyable comfortable stay. The lodge is in a beautiful location that is very private and has beautiful views but perfectly positioned to explore Anglseys attractions only a short drive away. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and would highly recommend. We would certainly return in rhe future.

Very comfortable accommodation with an amazing view.

Everything has been thought of, children particularly enjoyed the games and the thoughtful treats. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful, peaceful location with views over Menai Straits to the mountains.

The lodge is spacious, very comfortable and well designed with plenty of storage space. The outside decking and furniture provide a lovely area for relaxation with plenty of grassed area for kids to enjoy. The owner, Arwel, was extremely helpful sharing his knowledge of the area to point out places to visit and eat and also on hand to help with any problems that might arise.

It had excellent facilities and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The host made us feel welcome and gave us lots of useful information. The lodge is in a very peaceful setting. We couldn't fault anything and would love to revisit.

Wow!

The Lodge is absolutely fantastic. It is immaculate, modern and stylish. The beds and sofas are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, it's great having two bathrooms (one ensuite and one opposite the other bedroom), there are 3 TVs and the Wifi works well. The wide, wrap-around decking with a variety of seating affords glorious panoramic views of the countryside and mountains, and there is extensive glazing throughout the Lodge making it so light and airy. The location is very private and quiet, with only the birdsong and the breeze in the trees to break the silence. One day we saw a hare happily romping in the garden. All of Anglesey is within a short distance - I recommend visits to Plas Newydd, the Transport Museum, Parys Mountain, Beaumaris (including the castle and gaol - the castle is free for both a carer AND a disabled person), Treborth Botanic Gardens on the mainland - the latter is free entry (donation welcome) and is full of wonders. On the way into Anglesey there is a Co-op just over the Britannia Bridge in an unpronounceable town, where we stocked up on essentials, there is a Spar in Pentreath, and there are supermarkets in Llangefni. Arwel is a very friendly and helpful host, and welcomes any comments as this is quite a new listing. Lovely treats were provided for our arrival, as well as a variety of teas and coffees and assorted condiments. Many thanks to Arwel and Debbie for all their hard efforts in providing such superb accommodation, which I rate at 10+++ out of 10 and highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to be the first guests to use Plas Marchog Lodge and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.

Arwel was very welcoming, the perfect host and it was evident he and Debbie had gone to a lot of trouble making the Lodge such an inviting and comfortable place to stay, very much a home from home, with everything you could need. We loved the special touches like fresh flowers, lovely welcome gifts, beautiful thick fluffy towels, chocolates and more! The Lodge was in a tranquil, secluded location, with beautiful views of the Welsh mountains and was an ideal base to explore the pretty island of Anglesey. It really was a perfect haven for relaxing and returning home to after a day out and we truly can't wait to return very soon! Thank you again Arwel and Debbie :)
