It is very small and doesn't have a lounge area. However, the outdoor covered seating area is delightful, with a heater and coloured lights after dark. The only difficulty for us (both in our 70s) was that the bed is against the wall on three sides. This caused some problems when getting in and out of bed, especially during the night! The owner, Sharon, was extremely helpful and friendly.
