Outside is a private patio area with a picnic bench, an ideal spot to sit and relax after a busy day by the coast.

The Harbour Village of Padstow is just a short drive away and has a vast array of good restaurants, inns, and cafés. Take time to visit the magnificent beaches at Newquay, which is world-renowned for surfing, or discover some of the smaller coves that dot this wonderful coastline.

Well where do I start, have already sent WhatsApp messages to no avail!
I sent photos of some of the problems encountered and i think they speak for themselves. Why has nobody contacted me during the stay? The lack of maintenance and cleaning is apparent. Besides the inside issues the outside is no better. The whole state of the chalet outside is disgusting. I can send more pictures if you have even bothered to look at the ones forwarded on WhatsApp. I would certainly not recommend booking through your company and in fact if I do not get a response from you I will be contacting Watchdog.
