What guests are saying
Loved our stay at Low Brierly Woof Luxury Family Pod.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was fantastic. Very comfortable lounge and bedroom, bathroom shower was perfect. Enjoyed a daily visit to the hot tub after a day’s walking in the incredibly scenic and spectacular area. Suggestions for an even better visit to this lovely place would be to install a taller patio fence to increase hot tub privacy, also to attach a mesh to the patio fencing to reduce risk of escaping smaller dogs. Inside the pod we noticed the shelves and window blinds were dusty. Could be cleaned more diligently, the extractor fan in the bathroom needed more cleaning attention too. We will be back for sure, but hope to see some improvements for an even better experience in the beautiful Lake District.
Lovely area and site but the Lodge was very unclean.
Clumps of dust/hair and toe nail clippings under the sofa. It was in need of a good deep clean. It's a shame as it is a beautiful lodge, with a wonderful view and very tranquil. Took a long time to get a response from anyone too.
I would have given it 5* throughout but there were a few niggles.
The pod was exactly as envisaged and lovely with the hot tub. The cleanliness was overall good but the blinds were extremely dusty. There was either Dog or Fox feaces within the perimeter of the fence, next to the table and chairs (we didn't have a dog). We were without the TV in the main bedroom as it wouldn't connect to the internet, despite the efforts of the really nice, personable maintenance staff member. This was disappointing as we like to watch TV in bed before going to sleep. But the pod is in a good location and we enjoyed the break and would do it again..
