It was lovely place and just the right size and the beach was a bonus with 2 dogs down size the settee was not comfortable and the bedding had damp smell

Location to Beach is good .

.Owners let us in early ...There was a greasy dirty oven tray as we opened Kitchen cupboard splashes on cupboard Doors ..Couch was uncomfy..and a smell in bathroom that didn.t go away ..We left after one night .. Sorry but i say as i find

A nice place to stay, only small but big enough for our needs Beach is lovely and close by, nice long dog friendly beach No facilities on this site but there are on other side of road 5 minutes walk Fish & chip shop, shop, bar Lots of rabbits on site, lots of rabbit holes as well

Great lodge with wrap around decking, really toasties on a snowy week in bridlington thanks to central heating and hot aircon great location, bed mattress a bit soft for us but overall highly recomended

We love this property,its close to the beach and everything is supplied even tea,coffee and biscuits.

Lovely small chalet in a great location.

Accommodation has everything you could want and nice little touches of tea/coffee and biscuits. Very comfortable but maybe in need of a new mattress as very soft but didn’t spoil a wonderful few days away with our dog.

Near to beach and local transport into Bridlington.

Site staff very helpful. Nice clean and quiet site

It’s a little picky and personal preference but the mattress was a little too bouncy but that should not take anything away from a great place

It is a lovely little chalet.

We were there in late January/ early February, I can imagine it would be nice to sit on the fully enclosed veranda in summer. On arrival, there was no milk or oat milk, which was on the list of 'what to expect', however we had taken some with us just in case. The mattress was very soft and feels like it needs replacing. The same with the L shaped seating. There were only 3 mugs, not a huge problem, as when our friends came round, we used one of the 3 small tea cups. We found the sweeping brush which was provided was full of hairs, apart from that the chalet was clean, and well equipped. The instructions/ welcome book were very clear and helpful. A nice touch to have a caddy full of dog treats. The central heating an air con/ fan heater worked very well to warm the rooms very quickly. There are LOTS of rabbits around the chalets, which are nice to watch, but very tempting for our dogs! The owners went above and beyond to support us with a request regarding our dogs.

The chalet had everything required and was very clean.

The shower room was first class and the chalet also had air conditioning and central heating. On the downside the settee was very very uncomfortable and probably needs replaced. The TV was fixed to the wall as high as it could possibly go which wasn’t great either. If you have dogs the beach is only a 200 yard walk and it’s absolutely brilliant for walking them. Finally we asked to change our dates by a day at the last minute and the owner was really helpful in getting this sorted for us.

Property was fabulous but zero facilities on site.

Website said shop, cafe and bar. None of theses things there! However location right next to a fabulous beach made up for this.

The chalet was beautiful.

Very modern with lovely decor. The kitchen had everything we needed. They had provided tea towels, dish cloth, washing up liquid, and soap. There was air conditioning as well as central heating, very handy. The bathroom was lovely with a great walk-in shower. Great outside area all fully enclosed, essential when you have a dog. It was detached and felt quite private. Easy access to the beach and the park and ride. The only issue was the mattress, which sadly needed replacing.

This Chalet is so well thought out.

It's light & bright & cosy at the same time. You have thought of everything. Particularly the kitchen utensils etc, and the thoughtful things for pet owners. We were delighted with our stay. And your location, for nipping onto the beach, is brilliant! I'd recommend you wholeheartedly & we will be back!

Only problem was working out the hob.

Easy when using pans provided and back door needs mending as access to the rear balcony would be lovely on a sunny evening.

Accommodation was great well maintained clean pleasure to stay there just like home

Hi, We had a really nice stay.

We didn't spend much time in the chalet as we wanted to explore the coast. Bathroom was really nice and so was living area and bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Please receive the further comments for improvement and not as a direct criticism as we did have a really nice weekend. The photographs are misleading of the outside. It appears there are 3 chalets on their own. We would not have stayed on the site if we had known as there was no privacy if we wanted to sit out. We received verbal homophobic abuse from the residents opposite (to the right of 138) on our arrival (not your fault...obviously, but it made us very uncomfortable) The decking and furniture outside needs cleaning (bird muck), the tap in the kitchen needs replacing as it was loose and the mattress may need replacing. We found it uncomfortable but this may be personal preference. Thank you for our stay.

microwave a must

Had a lovely stay, nice, clean and quite place with a lovely walk down on the beach.

Will hopefully be back again. Just could do with a microwave but not a nassesaty really good oven.

Really nice cottage bed was too soft for me really nice place 5min to a fantastic beach had a good time would go again all the mod cons very well equipped the dogs were mesmerised by the rabbits

Photos of lodge were misleading as made it look much bigger than it was ,I found the furniture in the lounge/kitchen uncomfortable and the kitchen was small and could have done with a microwave, a nice lodge but really over priced

The chalet was well equipped with every thing you need.

Had blue tooth speakers in ceiling to play your music through.Very comfortable bed and pillows.Nicely decorated in blues and white.two minutes from beach and a fish and chip shop 5 mins down road.There is a well stocked shop next to fish shop and a dog friendly pub across road selling carvery on a Sunday.Would definitely stay again .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful chalet.

It has a real holiday feel, especially the porthole windows and the nautical themed decor. Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and lots of little extras provided. ( a jar of dog treats - very thoughtful) The owners definitely care about the chalet & making sure that guests have everything they need for a perfect break - thankyou

Excellent stay, great amenities, everything was perfect.

The only piece of advice would be to have an instruction manual, didn't know how to work some of the things in the chalet.

This chalet is beautiful, very calm and relaxing and a stones throw from the beach.

The bed was so comfortable! The chalet had lots of little extras like toilet rolls, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, handwash and sanitisers. Tea and coffee was also provided as well as a few condiments, there were even bowls for our dog! - Nice Touch. We managed to pick a lovely sunny weekend so were able to relax on the veranda and enjoy some time out. We will definitely be coming back :)

We enjoyed our stay, nice clean modern chalet , suitable for a couple, short walk from the beach, some written information about how to use some of the facilities would be helpful.

Fabulously located chalet and so well kitted out for such a small space.

A small guide on how to work the heating and appliances would be handy but otherwise a perfect stay. We did find the bed a bit small but that might be just us. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Gorgeous.

Sadly the fall in the shower left me in a lot of pain and discomfort so we only had one day out.

The chalet was lovely but we came home early due to my fall.

Fantastic location, 2 minute walk to miles of golden sandy beach with wide promenade for long walks.

Not much on park but that suited us, if you want to walk to pub/entertain you can walk over to adjacent site. Plenty of decent pub meals few minutes drive away. Chalet 279 just perfect for 2 and a dog, everything you need (except a microwave

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed it’s first time we’d taken our dog on holiday and he absolutely loved the beach and the sea so did we.

The chalet was beautiful clean and comfortable with a lovely veranda to sit on relax. The extra touches; shampoo, body wash, hand lotion were really thoughtful too, not forgetting the cleaning products that were left. The only thing I would suggest is for some of instructions to be left on the notice board of how to use the oven, hob, cooker hood and music system, also a microwave would be useful but understand that there is limited space. Overall this place is amazing.

Very new modern facility.

Was disappointed as only one towel and one had towel each for a week and no heated towel rail as described. Would visit again
