With on-site parking and EV charging, it’s a practical base for those travelling with pets and looking to explore the surrounding countryside.

Step inside and you’re met with a single-storey layout that flows with ease.

The open-plan living space sits at the heart of the lodge, where natural light filters through the windows and the scent of timber lingers in the air.

Whether you’re preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen or unwinding in front of the television, the space invites you to slow down and settle in.

Three bedrooms, one double and two twins, are arranged to offer privacy and breathing room, each simply styled to reflect the natural surroundings.

Two bathrooms provide flexibility for groups, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath and overhead shower.

A hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and washer/dryer are also provided, making longer stays more convenient.

When ready to discover the very best that the area has to offer, grab your walking boots and head for the Lincolnshire Wolds – a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; or nearby Hubbard’s Hills. You can enjoy a beach day at any time of year on the vast beaches of the Lincolnshire coast – Theddlethorpe or Moggs Eye are good places to start. For something a bit more lively try any of the well-known coastal resorts – Cleethorpes, Sutton-on-Sea and Skegness. A 45 minute drive takes you to Fantasy Island theme park at Ingoldmells, where you can ride thrilling rollercoasters or just enjoy the faces of your family and friends riding them! The Georgian market town of Louth is a hidden gem. The town is blessed with a wide range of independent shops and eateries. For something cultural, visit the Louth Museum, or take a look round the impressive medieval parish church with its famous spire.Nature lovers will love local nature reserves at Red Hill, Snipe Dales, and the internationally important Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point reserves. All the family will love exotic menagerie at Woodside Wildlife Park. A visit to Lincoln is a must. Take a walk up Steep Hill – browse the shops, eateries and pubs up this historic route (take your time, it’s called ‘Steep for a reason). When you reach the summit, you have the opportunity to visit the historic castle and the world famous cathedral (see if the kids can spot the elusive Lincoln Imp). Further afield you can take a trip across the impressive Humber bridge, and spend a day in Hull at ‘The Deep’ Aquarium, one of the largest in the country.
