The lodge was lovely just what we needed.
The water was on the hot side but better than cold. The sofa/chair are not exactly cozy comfy but it’s a place that takes dogs so don’t expect the world. Our bed had 2 big dips in it so wasn’t a great night sleep but that’s an easy fix we just didn’t say at the time as I’m not sure it could have been fixed in the time we were there. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Had some amazing days out lovely walks with the dogs. I would go back

I found it very nice and set in beautiful grounds.
I would return at any given time. There are two points I would like to suggest, 1. If a couple of grab handles were fitted in the bath area, it would assist people of my age better access to the shower. 2. The outside deck would benefit Blast with a power washer to remove the algae so when the deck is wet it would be safer. I will return. Paul Blower
